I am trying to remove the firefox desktop background that i do not like and everytime i remove it it always comes back..help me to get rid of this background
i want to remove the firefox background as every time i do remove it, it appears again..

the most common cause of not seeing the events is bad camera dates or event sort being wrong so you are looking in the wrong place - see the view menu ==> sort events to correct sort - if the camera date is off select a photo and right click and show event to find it - then use the adjust time and date command to correct it
and you can drag photos to the desktop - what happens when you do? probably a better work flow with more flexibility is to select the photo(c) and export them (file menu ==> expoprt) to a desktop folder

The message icon on my iphone indicates that there is an unopened text message, but when i go into it, it just opens up a blank message, and there is no option to delete it. Many thanksHard restart.. While the phone is powered in, hold the power and home button. Hold them down and keep them held down. the phone will eventually shut itself off and reopen. keep held down till you see the appl elogo, then release. This will not delete anything off your phone, it will just force all apps to stop their current process. If you just turn the phone on and off, it will just pick up where it left off. Good luck

totally agree. at this point i could care less if "apple" supports it. i'm not renting my ipod touch, it's mine. i paid for it. and i'm not asking to do anything illegal with it, all i want is to get rid of this POS ios6 and get back to being able to use my ipod touch the way it was before...working.

Every time I open Firefox it tries to install the same updates (that I don't want) and the Firefox 3.6 "Choose Your Persona" etc. tab opens along with my home page tab. It takes a really long time to get onto Firefox because of these problems.

== Don't rememberWell, this worked on my desktop! But my problem is on my laptop. :-) I'm running XP, but there was no "Username" under Documents and Settings under the C drive. I did a search for those file names and it wasn't there. I found Mozilla Firefox folder under: C\Documents and Settings\ All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Mozilla Firefox. There are 2 - 1 is Mozilla Firefox (shortcut) and the other is Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode). I did a Mozilla Firefox search and this is all that showed up.
When I click on the shortcut link (the 1st one), it opens up 2 screens of Firefox. One is the "this is embarrassing" screen. The other is "Choose your Persona" screen. I closed it and reopened and it took me to my home page. -
I have used Firefox for years and it has been great until a few days ago. Now when I try to open it, the homepage from a few days ago opens, but the green bar on the lower right fills in about 95%. On the lower left it says "transferring data from l1.yimg.com but it freezes there. If I click on anything, it says (not responding) on the upper left. I have uninstalled Firefox twice and redownloaded it and the exact same thing happens. Please help me. Thank you, Dave Schumer

I have been using the Beta 4.0 on my desktop for over a month and have not had any major problems. Mostly just getting used to the layout of the page where controls are like tools etc. Occasionally when trying to go back to normal scree from full screen it would start showing sections of my desk top through the page in pixel blocks or sections. Since I reinstalled Windows 7 and reinstalled Beta 4.0 this hasn't happened.
I decided to go ahead and install the Beta 4.0 on my laptop and it acts like it is installed and when I click on it to open it it opens the start page but the busy spinning symbol just keeps spinning in the address bar on top. I can't do anything after that except close the page. Then when I try to open the older FF browser it says FF is already running. The only way I have been able to get it to load is to restart the PC. I haven't thought to try task manager until reading the questions and answers on this site.
When I go to uninstall programs the 4.0 is listed and I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times now with the same results. I did this on different days.You will find that using the YouTube app will provide a better viewing experience for YouTube videos.

You should delete any the apps and media purchased with their account, then create your own AppleID (if you haven't already) and sign in with it.

i accidentally uploaded songs from cds to the wrong itunes library. i would like to move those songs to the regular itunes library that i use to purchase and download music, since my ipod cant sync to both libraries. how can i do this? please advise? thank you.

I have installed oracle 10g in my winxp machine. i am using enterprise manager. i am not able to shutdown the system as it asks for os username and password. i have provided my os username and password but eerror persiste. somebody pls help me to get rid of this.

So,there was no necessity of creating DNS.How your app communicates with db shouldn't matter for the end user. Still, you may want to use a functional network name also for the thin client driver connection string.
So,is there any other way to solve this problem.What is the problem really? Do you not use dns for network naming? Maybe you have to manage the hosts file on every client then. -
I had Copernic Desktop Search installed with an add in to Firefox. On removing CDTS it has left the add-in and the remove button is inactive ie greyed out and I can not delkete it or see the folder in the extensions. Help appreciated to get rid of it.
uninstalled firefox ....deleted all files still remaining under mozilla firefox directory in program files ... to avoid having to reprogram all my settings, reisntall all addons as well .. I did not remove anything from mozilla firefox that is stored in either appdata or under the windows users directory (if any)

so please this is urgent or I will have to jump browsers and start using chrome .. because we work 14 hours a day 6 (sometimes 7) days a week, to get ready for the launch of our newest venture and we cannot lose that much days on browser related issues ... so please instead of putting me through week long step process .. of do this .. do that .. can you please actually look into the issue from your end .. I use firefox for so many, many years thta I deserve this kind of support .. thnx Robert

Lightroom 5 changes crop history
so I keep having a problem where I crop inlightroom, get a photo all set, move on to the next one and then come back and it automatically reverts back to the crop before the final, so I have to go back one stop in the history to where I actually left
