I am trying to reset my iPhone 4S and it keeps telling me my password is incorrect when its not. I am using my correct and current password.
Can someone help me reset it ? It's really annoying me and it makes me wait 5,15 mins each time when I'm using the correct password.

It sounds like the battery might have gone bad, and is swelling and causing the symptoms you describe. Do not attempt to use the phone, but take it to Apple for evaluation.

everytime i want to restore my previews backup to my new iphone, itunes asks for my password, when i enter my password it tells me my password is incorrect, but its not! i have even changed my password. but still nothing! I get the same error from itunes!!!!
Try using your computer password. I tried any password I could think of relating to my phones, but it was none of them; it was, in fact, my computer password.

Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase your device. Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your device was new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup.

A reset has nothing to do with Internet access or data access.
A reset is simply pressing and holding the home and power buttons until the white Apple logo appears.

im trying to reset a iphone 4s that i bought from someone. it is in the middle of the restoring process and it says it needs the origional apple id and password. i dont have this and the person i bought it from got it from someone else so there is no way for me to get that info. is there any way around this issue?
No. There is no way around this. Without the credentials used to lock it, you can't use it at all. Return it to the person you got it from and get your money back. Failing that, turn it over to the police. There is a high likelyhood that it's stolen.

I have been having trouble with my iphone 4 for the past day . i tried to update it to 7.0.4 then the screen went blank and it keeps telling me to connect to itunes . I have connected it to 2 computers , using different cords and it doesnt recognize it . It says it is in recovery mode and i need to restore . after clicking restore it says that my iphone cannot be restored . I received the same error message after I had recently updated iTunes to 10.5.1 and I had wirelessly updated 13 apps. I had to go into iTunes and select Apps, on the bottom right it said I needed to update 13 apps. I updated the apps via iTunes and then synced again without an issue.

So here's the thing. i erased a few contacts from my address book and when i start typing the first few letters of the person i want to email, i notice that the person whose information i erased still appears in the To: box. This is really annoying.
