If the iPhone is still working and the photos are in the Camera Roll (i.e., taken on the iPhone) then, when you connect the iPhone to your PC, it should be recognized as a Camera and Windows should start AutoPlay.

I got an address from Applecare, although I can't place my hand on it right now. I didn't bother persuing the letter route myself as I didn't expect much. I know that the location was Cork, Ireland though as that where the UK Applecare is based as far as I'm aware. The best thing to do is to call Applecare (if it's free) and discuss the issue. State that you are not happy wit the fact that you will have to pay to have the problem resolved especiiay if it is an ongoing problem that has not been resolved. I ended up speaking to a senior manager of the Applecare team who then proceeded to tell me about mailing in my grievence to customer services division or something like that.
If I can find the address I may post it if I'm allowed.
In the case of age, Schools usually have a 5-year life-cycle as they tend to be used differently than consumer machines, i.e. being used constantly on a daily basis for at least 12 hours with no break. you would expect issues to appear after a few years, but I expect problems that arise through defects to be resolved and stay resolved. As I mentioned we had machines for around 2 years before the lines appeared and sent them to be repaired. I'm happy with that. What I am unhappy about is the fact that the problem has reappeared exactly in the same way and now I'm left with around 7 machines that I either pay loads to repair or, the more likely replace the machines with newer ones since the age is now big enough to warrant the replacement.
Sorry for the lengthy moan, but these are the reasons I purchased Apple ahrdware in the first place to avoid the "not our problem" stance some PC vendors usually take, similar to the Dell monitors thread mentioned in here somewhere. -

How do I download to start using AirPort Extreme 802.11n. I can't find my start up disc. and don't see any downloads on Apples website. Then how do I hook it up to work with my Westell modem?
Please download and install AirPort Utility 5.6.1 for Windows. The Windows Firewall and or Microsoft Security Essentials will tend to block the connection from your PC to the AirPort Extreme, so you may need to adjust the firewall settings on the PC or check the Essentials application if connection difficulties occur.

You don't get a code when you buy for yourself from the Mac App Store or iTunes Store. The app will download directly to your system. You only get a redeem code when you are given a gift by someone else, or buy a DVD or Blu-Ray disk that comes with a digital copy features.

Can anyone give me a detailed explanation of how to upload my Edge Animate Composition into Godaddy?
I have a godaddy.com Domain and hosting acc. I have uploaded my composition into the FTP File Manager for my domain. I placed them in the html folder GoDaddy has in there by default. All the files are included, as well as the edge_includes folder and the Images folder (Not that I have imported any..) and when i attempt to view the page I get nothing but an error 404 message. I attempted to place a regular html file into the folder to see if the issue was with godaddy.com but it worked just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need this site up within the next two weeks. Thanks in advance.

You guys are 'uploading' or 'publishing' the files to the public_html directory yes? ... when you log into GoDaddy FTPs you are presented with a lot of backend folders ... you need to select the public_html folder then put ALL of your website files in that folder ...
Also ... delete the default files and put your new files up ...

I wasn't looking at what I was doing and I deleted an imessage conversation and I havent figured out how to get it back yet. I have my ipod backed up with itunes but not icloud. It is onlt that one conversation though and I really want to get it back. Is there any way possible to get my conversation back on my ipod?
If it was there and you creaded an iPod backup via iTunes then restore from that backup. Otherwise y are out of luck.
Autosyncing
To help prevent the last backup from being overwritten and thus erasing the Messages from the last backup turn off autosyncing so that you have to overtly start a sync. To turn off go iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says "Prevent iPods...". -

You have to reset the device to Factory Settings in order to restore it from an iCloud backup. You probably want to back it up as is before you do this.
To do the reset after you have backed up the current device, go to Settings>Reset>Reset all Content & Settings. This will erase the device. If you are signed onto iCloud with Find My iPhone turned on, go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom to sign out of iCloud before you do the reset.
Once you have reset your device, you will set it up like a new phone. When it asks if you want to restore it from an iCloud backup, select the backup you want to restore it from.
