If you are an Adobe 'SendNow' subscriber, then you have automatically become a subscriber for 'Adobe Send' online service to send large files online at no additional cost.
Please try sending other PDF files using 'Adobe Send' after signing in with the same Adobe credentials and check if it happens with all PDFs or a specific one.
You might log out, clear your browser cache and then log in again to check.

Bob...I understand and appreciate what you are doing by suggesting that it is our (consumer) fault that we are not ready for this and that we got e-mails. However, in the busy office, I didn't have time nor the "want to" to start the process of switching over. I don't understand why you had to make it so hard on the consumer and why not just add what services you have added or updated, or whatever you did, to send now. Another aspect of the "new and improved" (which is never improved) is that now I have to type in the addresses whereas in adobe send, we could type in one letter and the addresses that started with that letter all came up and we could choose the one we wanted. This may not be big to you, but is to me and I can imagine a few more people. I'm sorry that I have not embraced this change with open arms. Now I have to decide whether to stay with it or not. This error was caused by the incorrect site binding, I will give a reference of my test Lab. We add two A records in DNS which the FQDN of CAS and Mailbox could resolve IP address.;

Then IIS must be restarted.

You're using the Save As > Microsoft Word command in Acrobat (and what version are you using)? At what point does the status bar in the lower-right corner hang up (Pre-processing, Recontructing, and so on)? What type of content is there in the PDF, and how large is it? Are you having Acrobat run OCR on the file as it converts (you can check this by clicking Settings in the Save As dialog box)? Do you have trouble saving other PDF files as Word documents?
A lot of questions, I know. But I need to know a bit more about the document to determine why it's hanging up on export.

One thing often tried first is to create a new document and File>Place the corrupted one to see how much may be rescued that way (remember to tick Paste remembers Layers in the Layer palette flyout/dropdown first, and to untick it afterwards).

If it is a POP account, there could be an issue with the outgoing server setting. It will not hurt to check this and make sure. Make sure that your username and password are in there.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

Try this.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
