I am trying to sync games from itunes to my ipod but after the sync is finished the games are not on my ipod and on itunes they are no longer selected. any ideas?

Are the apps/games compatible with your model iPod and iOS?
Do you have restrictions set that prevent installing the apps? Settings>General>Restrictions
Have you successfully synced apps from that iTunes library to your computer before?

Hi. I just discovered my videos from my Canon digital camera are not compatible with imovie or idvd (I'm very disappointed about that.) The photos are stored in my iphoto and I can burn a dvd using idvd but there is no audio So.... I need new software. I have just bought a new ipone 4, set up ok but have tried to purchase some apps from the store. I need to verify my account first - fair enough - but although I get the prompt from apple I never end up getting an email. Any ideas how to mend this?

Go to Mannage apple id, attempt to sign in, if your infomation si correct it'll tell you where it's routing the verfication email
Tell it to send it, it should send, if you can sign into Manage Apple ID in the above link your apple id is set -
My Razor Maxx has lost it's swipe keyboard and it's voice to text since the "update"...any ideas how to fix it?

I'm sorry for any inconvenience in the Swype keyboard beng removed in the Kitkat update. No worries, though! You can simply go to the Google Play Store and there are many Swype keyboards you can use. Most are free and many can be personalized to your style!

After upgrade to IOS 7, the iPhone of my wife is dead slow. It takes at least 10 seconds that the virtual keyboard responds and even the passlock reaction to the inputs is very much delayed. Like this she is not able to do write any messages or emails.
Any ideas what can help?Thank you!! I was getting very worried about upgrading.

Since the upgrade of Aperture, my photos from a year ago are not showing up. When I go to time machine, they show up in the library, but I cant transfer them to my todays aperture because it says the old program needs to be updated. How do I get my pics from a year ago transferred to todays Aperture? Please help!!!!
You will be restoring the old Aperture library from TM, having it on the Desktop is fine.
Once the restore is finished you will have the old Aperture library in that folder. Now you want to open this library by double clicking it (the library). This will open Aperture on it and Aperture will tell you the library needs to be upgraded. Let Aperture upgrade the library.
Once the Library is upgraded to the latest version of Aperture you can do want you want with it. Once you have gotten to this point if you still need help post back.

A few months ago, my power mac G5 began starting up with the address book and mail already open on the desk top.
Neither of these is in my startup items, so I am at a loss as to stop this behavior.
Any suggestions?Are they in Login items under System Preferences/Users/Login Items?
In the Dock, right click the Address Book and Mail icons, select Options, and make sure "Open at Login" is not selected. -

When I watch tv shows in Front Row that I've bought off iTunes the audio gradually falls out of sync with the video. It does not happen with other files that I have converted into mp4s. Any ideas for fixing this? It's a huge bummer...
I too have the same problem. The audio drop out of sync in about 5 sec in not uncommon for the audio to be 30+ sec behind video. Apple needs to fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its a joke, my iphone is all messed up after the last update as well. at one time not to long ago apple products and software were top rated, not so much any more, more and more problems are showing up and apple is unwilling or unalbe to fix the many issues. Apple needs to fix the audio sync problem, it not the computer hardware or other software it ITUNES!!!!, there is no workaround other then hitting pause and hitting pause and hitting pause to temp fix the problem.

My Apple TV and IPad drop after x mintues from "Home Sharing". To restart it, I need to close iTunes on my Windows 7 PC, open it , then I can listen again X minutes (15-90 minutes) to my music via "Home Sharing". Any idea why? What worked for you?
I believe if you updated your Apple TV, you need iTunes 11 to make it work.

Previous to latest changes in iTunes I have been able to delete items on my iPod by simply clicking on and deleting when prompted for action by right click. This has become impossible and even the instructions to creat a playlist by clicking on "add to" no longer work. I seem to be unable to delete anything unless I delete it from my iTunes library. Anyone out there know the solution or working on the problem? Seems to me that if the product wasn't broke Apple should not fix it.....they should stop tinkering with it, please.

Sync is only oneway, from PC to your device. Unless you have the music on your PC, iTunes is going to wipe out what you have on your device if you are syncing to a new library.
You can only transfer Purchased music over to Itunes on your PC.

I am trying to delete photos from my Ipad. When I go to "sync photos from" my only options are the photo folders on my PC I cannot see the albums on my Ipad. No options for Photoshop items. Help!

Reset Password starting from Recovery HD
Start the computer,then press and hold down command and R keys to start into recovery partition.
When you see the Apple logo, release the keys.
Wait until OS X Utilities window shows up.
Move the mouse to the menubar at the top and click "Utilities", then select "Terminal"
from the drop down.
Terminal window will appear.
Type in resetpassword and press enter on the keyboard.
Leave the Terminal window open.
Reset Password Utility window will open with Macintosh HD selected.
Select the user account from the popup menu box.
Enter a new password.
Reenter the new password for the user.
Enter a hint.
Click the "Save" button.
Click in the menubar and select Restart.
Log in.
If Keychain dialog box appears, select “Create New Keychain”.
