I am trying to sync my iphone and it tells me it can not find disk
I have never had a problem until now. I have sync my ipad ok but when I try to sync my iphone it says it cannot sync the required disc cannot be found. Can anyone please help me?

You are talking about the menu bar of Itunes, right?
Yes. With iTunes open the menu bar is at the top of your screen.
where exactly is the Store/synck you iphone option?
After you authorize the computer connect your iPhone then follow the instructions here > iOS: How to transfer or sync content to your computer
When you are done transferring the data to the desktop, right or control click the iPhone under Devices left side of the iTunes window then click Back Up.
That way you will have a backup just in case you need to restore your iPhone. -
I've done all of these recommended steps. My problem is that I have a new laptop that I am trying to sync my iPhone (and iPad for that matter) via Wi-Fi but both devices are looking for the old laptop to sync. My iTunes is version 11.0..3.42, iPhone is 6.1.4, and iPad 6.1.3. Any suggestions?
All I had to do was complain. I synced my iPhone to the Windows machine, checked the other account at iTunes prompting (where no apps had shown up previously), reconnected the iPad, and 140 apps downloaded including the App Store. I have no idea why.

Now, try with your dock cable still connected, switch computer iTunes totally off (not running anywhere), check with your Task manager to be sure. Start iTunes again.

One method of syncing photos is too use the folder method. You place the photos you want to sync in that folder and you identify that folder in iTunes as your syncing folder. If you change the folder the next time you sync the photos on your iPod from the first folder will be deleted and replaced with those in the second folder. The photo sync folder can have one level of subfolders. Each subfolder will appear as an album on your iPod. -

It does make sense. The iPhone is a one-person device and just syncs to one computer.
The way it should work is as follows:
Old computer content ---> New computer
New computer <---> syncs to iPhone
But the way you are trying to operate sounds like:
Old computer content ---> iPhone
... and ...
New computer content <---> iPhone
So simply move your old stuff (either directly from iTunes, or from a computer backup) to the new computer, have it all there, then sync your iPhone to the new machine. -

I've purchased 3 bundle movie packages, Sherlock Holmes, Batman, and The Godfather, I am can not find them in my itunes. I can only see the first movie in the series.
First of all, you should always save you photos on computer like any other digital camera.
Backup on iCloud or iTunes only backup your Camera Roll. The other photos should be already on the computer.
Note: Photos are not saved in iTunes, it's only a conduit between your iPhone and your photo managing software on computer.
