Did you complete your form as well? A form needs to be completed and signed by both parties and submitted to Adobe support via a support ticket. Chat support cannot help, but should have pointed you to the KB article with the instructions.

Well...I went to the modem (Westell, WireSpeed), found the NAT settings, once again, I'm WAY over my head, I am assuming this is a TCP connection (as opposed to a UDP) and per Lorex my mobile devices will use port 1025. So I gave it a "global port range" of 1-10 and I indicated that the "base host port" was 80, 1025, & 9000 (ports 1,2,3). When I selected the 'enable' it asked for a "host devise" my choices are my IPhone, IMac and the IP address for the dvr, so I choose the dvr. I still cannot connect and canyouseeme still can NOT find these open ports. This is taking up my whole day! I don't know how people figure this stuff out.

Did the message say what was corrupt. It is not clear from your description of "...it was corrupt" what "it" is. Sounds like the download of Lion was corrupt. Download it again. Downloaded files sometimes get corrupted due to network connection glitches or interruptions.

You may have to force your iPad into recovery mode in order to restore the device since the update did not complete. This article explains how to do that.

Since installing ICloud, and updating IO, programs and websites close whenever I scroll, going back to home page. I have tried turning it off, but that does not work. Can anyone help me out? Also, the keyboard is very slow.

There is no coverage map as such.
I live in what is considered a rural area and had techs driving 60-70 miles one way to get to me, never an issue.
Obviously, YMMV.
In my not-so-modest experience, both onsite and accidental damage upgrades are worth every penny if one intends to keep their ThinkPads for an extended period of time.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate your taking the time to help me with this problem. I'm doing a healing technician training class at my church, and have most of my study material on my ipod. It cashed this weekend which hindered my preparation for my class tomorrow night. I went to the local "Apple Store" late last night and they could get me up and running. They suggested that I call the APL CARD line which I did today, but they gave me a nice run around seccession, and did nothing. Then I was lead to "Google" my question, which eventually lead me to the "Apple" site. Praise the LORD for your help and may you be richly blessed with multiplied blessings in all that you put your hands to do. May you receive a great harvest. As far as I'm concerned you were used by the LORD, and are the real genius!!!

I am having trouble connecting to my computer via the personal hotspot on my iPhone 5s, can anyone help?

My iPhone 5s will not connect via wi fi to my computer using the hotspot. sometimes , if I plug it in via USB it works but most times the blue"personal hotspot connection" bar just jumps and does nothing else. Anyone , can you help?

If nothing else is working, I would reset the network settings on the iPhone. Settings/General/Reset/Reset Network Settings. Nothing will be erased from the phone, but you will need to re-enter any wifi connection you had set up previously along with re-enter any bluetooth connection you had.

turn match off and then sync

first open itunes on mac computer
At top left you have an apple - itunes- file edit view ect...
go under view and show side bar
go under iTunes and check for updates (11.1.3 current) - update if needed
plug in iphone (or ipad, ipod ect..)
when the device shows up in the sidebar click on the name of device not the arrow
this opens up a summary page
across top says info, apps, music, photos, ect...
click on what you want to sync ie music
check the top box that says sync music select -entire library or selected songs and pick what you want by checking
now apply or sync at bottom

By "sending" do you mean sending email?
If so, what app are you using to take the photos on your iPhone 5? Or are the photos from a different source (saved to your Camera Roll from somewhere else, like a web page or Messages)?
My guess is that Mail gives you the option to send different file sizes when it detects you are trying to Mail a really large photo file. The size of photos on the iPhone 5 is really big and some email providers may stop your mail from being delivered if attachments are too large. Thus, Mail tries to help you by offering to resize the photo.
I suspect that if you are sending smaller files, Mail does not bother giving you options to save a smaller version. In fact, I have seen this behavior. So, if the photo is already "small enough", it gets sent as-is.
To my knowledge, there is no global iOS setting for this. Some apps may have different rules, of course.

The file was corrupted somewhere along the way (assuming it was still readable on the Macintosh).
The platforms don't matter, but you still need file transfer that doesn't corrupt files...

I have had no problems backing up my MacBook Pro 2011 to my Western Digital My Book Live through a Linksys EA4500 router until recently. I've made no major changes. I've ran a diagnosis on my back up drive with no problems. The Time Machine back up starts, but about after about 5 to 10 minutes I get the error message. I can see the shared drive in Finder. The light on the drive blinks while it starts the back up. I can see the shared folders on the networked drive. The backup process starts but for some reason it just stops. Can anyone help?

You can't repair a network volume in Disk Utility.
Backing up to a third-party NAS with Time Machine is risky, and unacceptably risky if it's your only backup. I know this isn't the answer you want, and I also know that the manufacturer says the device will work with Time Machine, and that it usually seems to work. Except when you try to restore, and find that you can't.
If you want network backup with Time Machine, use as the destination either an Apple Time Capsule or an external hard drive connected to another Mac or to an 802.11ac AirPort base station. Only the 802.11ac base stations support Time Machine, not any older model.
If you're determined to keep using the NAS for backup, your only recourse for any problems that result is to the manufacturer (which will blame Apple.)

You must goto Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings ... this worked 100% for me and once that is compelte go back and try to pass the terms and conditions, you will see the "agree" button in the bottom right hand corner
