I am trying to upgrade my iTunes to 11.1.3 and I keep getting a message that I have an invalid signature. Help!
I just received the iPhone 5s, but cannot connect to my iTunes because it is out of date. However, everytime I try to install the new version of iTunes, I get a message that the signature is invalid. Help! What do I do to fix the "signature"?

The reason why you are getting this prompt is because you are trying to install an upgrade version.
During the upgrade, you will need to enter serial number twice.
The first time, you need to enter the serial number of the actual product that you have purchased.
The second time, you need to enter serial number for the previous version that you had.
So, please enter serial number of the previous version at the second prompt.

I had to have my computer reformatted in July, and am just now trying to install PSE9. When I tried to enter the serial number I got a dialog box that stated that this serial number was not valid for the trial. I bought this. According to my profile, I bought in in February 2011. I have only had it on this computer and I have never installed Premier Elements. Can you help please? Thank you, Kayt

You must verify your payment info before you can make purchases. I did all that, updated payment info and checked paypal it is verified, and it still won't work. Im stumped

Try updating your iTunes using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer file downloaded from the Apple website:

Which particular .msi file does the message go on to say can't be found? (Several different .msi files can be mentioned in this context: itunes.msi, bonjour.msi, AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi, etc.)

I am using iphoto 6.06 for my intel imac. I have been trying to print pictures from iphoto and i keep getting a message that states " unreadable file: the following file could not be imported. the file is in the iphoto library folder" also when i try to print a picture from iphoto i get a message that says "no page was selected"

I am trying to download a document which requires me to have Adobe Reader, which I do; however, it keeps asking me to install the Reader program. When I try to do that, I keep getting a message that I have a more functional product installed. Regardless, I cannot open the document that i need and it is urgent that i complete it and send it in. When you have downloaded it, then clean out the old adobe reader and then try to install the latest one, i had to do this about a week ago and it solved the problem.

Can you give more details? What exactly is the entire error message text? there should be an error number too. Are you trying to finalize this to an external disk?

I believe there is a technique which uses some similar suggestion to unwittingly tempt the user into installing malware, in order to be able to watch some (usually sexually explicit) video, so be aware of this ruse.
The only things I would download would be Perian that extends Quicktime, available here,

and if that did not do it, then try VLC to use instead of Quicktime. -

That usually means that iPhoto can't find a clip or a shot that you're using in the Slideshow.
