I would like to add to the comments with a few questions and suggestion for you to consider along with the rest.
1. At this point, do you have a purchased serial number in hand? If so, I would imagine that you could repeat the download making sure that you have designated the correct computer operating system, and, when asked for a purchased serial number, type in the one that you have before you.
2. If the situation has gotten out of control and confusing, then best discuss your status with Adobe Chat for starters. The following link should be helpful for that purpose.

Delete what? The ID's? They cannot be deleted - you just quit using it.
If you still have one old ID - that you have purchased content with - you are saying that the password no longer works with that ID? Did you try to reset the password for that ID?
Read this - instructions if the ID was disabled for entering the wrong password.

Can you confirm if you were able to download Presenter 10 successfully, Can you please paste the screen shot of the downloaded file for Presenter 10? Can you please check in control panel >Program and features and check if you are able to see Adobe Presenter 10 as a installed program?

A student has changed something while using an iPad so that the iCloud is using her personal imail account for the other 90 iPads. I've tried to change the preference in iCloud to no avail please help

While in Apple ID, the primary address is correct which is our college. The iCloud however is using the icloud email address of the student who formerly borrowed the iPad. I have gone to preferences in an attempt to change the email address, thinking she may have used this as an alias, but it is not posted as an alias. I am stumped on how to fix this. Each time she does something via her personal account, it affects the other 90 iPads in the program & whenever any email is involved it lists her as the sender.

What you have described above contradicts to my information. If you did delete icloud account, there is no way you should see her iclud mail account and if it is not icloud - you just need to delete it as well.
Most likely you just receiving her emails right now and after you delete mail account you should be all set.
Go to settings - mail contacts calendars. Find her account and click - you will see delete button below. When done - e-mail that you changed billing info should disappear. Check it.
Other ipads are not affected and you didn't show in anyway that they are. That is the article that will allow you to check if school billing info is still the same in itunes store.

Trying to use the customer exit to retrieve prior year dates HELP

i have the code below where i want to return a to & from date of the prior period. the "TO" date is always the 1st of the month of the day they entered - 1 to get prior year. when i debug they are populated but I get an error when i run the query sayin gthe enhancement has errors.

In case you haven't considered it, there is an easier way to accomplish this.
Since you are ignoring the day anyway, change your query to prompt for Calendar Month/Year or Fiscal Year/Period instead of prompting for a date range, then use variable offset of "-12" on first entry ("From") to get prior year's data.
Alternatively, you could use the current date range variable with an offset of "-365", but it doesn't sound like that would be good enough in your case.

Why is that whenever Adobe tries to do something, it makes an
otherwise easy task difficult? Cool Edit used to be a very easy
tool for audio editing. Adobe buys it, calls it Adobe audition and
takes a nice 4 track mixer and turns it into 128 tracks. Who needs
that many tracks except Phil Spector, and he's busy.
I can't get Adobe Flash to work on my computer. Who knows
why. I've tried to install it dozens of times. But until Adobe gets

As a follow up from my recent question, I turned off the compatibility mode under all and regular, clicked out ok, ok then then went to itunes and played a song as they said to, and then tried to open the store and STILL CANNOT OPEN STORE, please Help!!!

Turning off the compatibility mode by deselecting the check box under each thing that it wants did nothing for my access to the itunes store, still a white page with "itunes store" in the middle of it. This is getting rediculous! Someone with computer smarts please help, I am at the end of my rope!

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

hello all i have an issue with my hours app on my iphone4 when i touch to open it does not open, it flashes as if but then goes back to icon screen. whta the heck?

Have you tried closing the app completely and seeing if it works when you re-open it ? From the home screen (i.e. not with the My Hours app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the My Hours app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

Surprisingly, I just went to the crash reporter and there were no reports re: the iPhoto issue. This is the only report I found, which I not sure is related to the iPhoto issue:

As for the TimeCapsule indeed, I use it as an extended drive but I'm surprised it would be considered a FAT-32 formatted drive as this is an Apple device.
I asked the apple reps if I could use the TimeCapsule for such purpose and no one raised a concern. It's also surprising that I didn't have an issue with this prior to the upgrade to OS X Yosemite.
Having said the above, thank you for your help - if the TimeCapsule is indeed the issue, perhaps I can solve the issue by transferring the iphoto library to an OS extended hard drive.

Did you run the iPhoto Library upgrader after you installed it - if not backup your iphoto library and go to the utilities folder in your Applications folder and double click on the iphoto library upgrader and RUN i - then launch iphoto 9.6 to complete the upgrade

You do not need the older version installed in order to install the upgrade version, but you do need the serial number from CS4 to prove that you qualify for using CS5. During the activation process for CS5, after you successfully enter the CS5 serial number you will be asked to select the qualifying version (CS4) from a list and to enter its serial number.
If you registered CS4 when you originally installed it then you might be able to find the serial number available in your Adobe account online in the Products section.
