ThanksUninstalling and reinstalling iTunes has no affect on the media on the computer or the account it is linked to.
If the media was purchased under another iTunes account, then it is permanently tied to that account.

ive tried almost everything. Looked up on youtube and still no help. I have tried resting the network setting still wont let me on the internet
- Do other devices successfully connect using your network?
- Did the iPod successfully connect to the network before?
- Does the iPod successfully connect to other networks?
- Reset the iPod . Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

I've tried most things that forums have suggested and none work. I've downloaded the latest software.
If that's so then how are Apple expecting me to fix a payment problem if they can't tell me what the problem is :/
They are telling you what the problem is; your payment method has been declined. They will not tell you specifically what apps you still owe for, but that's rather irrelevant.
If I went to my bank would thy be able to tell me what's wrong or will I need to contact Apple?
It depends on what the problem is. First, make sure that you're using one of the accepted cards. If you're sure you are, then I again would suggest you contact your credit card company, tell them that an on-line merchant is declining your card, and ask for assistance. If the credit card company can't or won't help, you can try contacting the iTunes Store, but my guess is that they'll tell you the same thing I'm telling you; contact your credit card company or try a different card. If you do want to try the iTunes Store, go here:

Hi, I have a Phonak Audeo Smart hearing aid, connected via a Phonak iCom Bluetooth system to my iPhone 4. The bluetooth pairs and connects without a problem, I can hear the call and hang up via the main iCom button, but I cannot hear the call ringing in and so I don't know when I receive a call and don't know how to answer it. The connection seems to be made automatically but I don't know that it has happened. I have the latest IOS, I've tried different iPhone ring tones and also tried silent mode so the phone itself doesn't ring at all, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?AND I ALSO CANNOT UPDATE MY APPS?? DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THE SPEAKER AND APP PROBLEM???

Troubleshooting Apple ID activation
After each step, toggle iMessage and FaceTime off and then on again in Settings > Messages and Settings > FaceTime.
Update to the latest version of iOS.
Ensure that you have an active Internet connection. Check your Wi-Fi network using standard Wi-Fi network troubleshooting.
If you receive an error when signing in to your Apple ID, visit myinfo.apple.com, sign in to your account, and ensure that the primary email address has been verified.
Ensure that FaceTime has not been restricted: Settings > General > Restrictions > FaceTime.
In Settings > General > Date & Time, ensure that Set Automatically is on. If Set Automatically is on, but the incorrect time zone is displayed, turn Set Automatically off and then choose the correct time zone, date, and time. Then turn Set Automatically on again.
Enable iMessage and FaceTime while connected to another Wi-Fi network in a different location. -
Facetime between iPad2 and MacBook Air worked fine here in the USA. The iPad2 is now in Rome, Italy and we can't connect internationally. We both can hear the caller ringing in and can see who is trying to call, but after accepting the call we cannot connect. No voice, no video. iPad is successfully sending and receiving eMails, but no Factime connection What's up?
I am curious if possibly the hotel has some sort of VOIP block on. Have you tried Skype? Did you talk to the hotel staff? My husband is traveling to Milan in a couple of days and I wonder if he will run into the same issue. He has had no problems from Istanbul but he is staying in a corporate apartment there. I am running Photoshop Elements (PSE) 3.0 on a Powerbook G4, 1.25 GHz, 1.5 MB RAM (MacOS 10.4.6) without using Admin rights (because of security concerns).
Strangely, when trying to get any help from within PSE, after a long wait I get a message "unable to connect to help application". The "Help application" (approx 18 MB) is present in the PSE folder. I have tried to trash PSE from the application folder and re-install. To no avail.
At times some help with PSE would be nice! How to solve the problem?Here I am trying to help a friend with this exact problem over a year later, and there are no answers to the above question. After some searching, I found references to Adobe TechNote 331147, which was created to "help you resolve problems that occur while you use the Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 Help application."
Here's the answer, from that TechNote:
"The Photoshop Elements 3.0 Help application requires that the user have administrator privileges on Mac OS X."
So the reason you need administrator privileges is that Adobe has set it up that way. It's that simple, apparently.

I am suddenly unable to receive calls on my iPhone 4S.
I have spent 2 hour-long sessions with technical support and although they were very nice, it is still not fixed.
When I try to call the phone from a land line, it doesn't ring AND it doesn't recognize that a call is coming in (no missed call) BUT if I leave a message, it records it.
Is it possible that the age of the phone will affect its ability to receive calls?

i carnt hear my message tone,the sound it makes when the phone locks and opens,also i am unable to hear music when playing from my phone but my ringtone and alarm tone work.Ive made sure the silent button is not on,and the volume button on the side of the phone is just showing it blank instead of it going up and down.To try and fix this i have reset my settings and restored my phone,but now its just skipping the music i have purchased from itunes when in a docking station which is now another problem i have as well.Can anyone help????

It sounds like even though the Mute switch is not on, sounds are not making the, well, sound they should, and the volume buttons make a blank volume indicator appear on the screen that does not show the volume level.
I wanted to recommend a couple of things.
First, I would reset the phone:
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If that does not resolve the issue, then you may want to try backing up to iTunes, and restoring the iPhone again but this time do not restore the backup and set it up as new to see if the issue persists without the previous configuration.

thanksYou are probably running OS 10.4 or 10.5 on a PPC Mac. No version of iTunes higher than 10.6.3 is available for these older Macs. I have the same problem, and while I can still use the PPC to sync my iPod, it can't be used to sync an iPhone 4 or higher. The only solution, as I discovered after upgrading to the iPhone 4, is to buy a newer Mac. I was able to get a 2006 MacBook running Lion for under $300, and that has been a lifesaver.
