I am unable to download an update for photoshop elements 11. I keep getting error code U41M1C212.

Can anyone help me figure out how to download the update for ver 11. I have a new camera (Nikon d7100) and the raw files are not supported. I want to download the latest update which I figure should support this new camera. I have tried updating numerous times and I have turned my firewall off...but alas...it didn't work anyway.

Try updating using the stand alone installer.
Go to Safari/Preferences, General tab, for Save downloaded files to: select other then select desktop from the left side bar. This will download the stand alone installer to your desktop. Then double click on it and follow the prompts.
You have not disclosed your version of OSX so I will include multiple versions.

Try using an ethernet connection if possible, less chance of corruption.
You can also try this in safe mode
power off, power on holding the shift key till you see the progress bar then release and allow to finish booting, then try.

What exactly does the error say?
Updating to iphone 5 does indeed erase your iphone, then it restores the data (assuming you have made sure that everything on your iphone is on your computer first).

First of all, if you installed the Adobe TWAIN plugin by moving it, put it back. (You can get this error if you move it instead of copying it to install it.) Also, if you have done anything to the auto analyzer, like renaming it, name it back to what it was before. Then restart your mac and try again.

The Huntress is correct, I have missed that you have an iPhone 3G
Usually iTunes will tell you in that case, that iOS 4.2.1 the newest version for your phone.
If you don't have an iPhone 3G, network connections timing out can be a security software problem:

This can occur if you bought the machine used and iLife was reinstalled with another AppleID.
This also can occur if the "free apps" you downloaded have paid upgraded versions and/or are now payware and you can't get updates.
All software from MAS is copy protected, it might be free as in "no charge" but it's not free in the sense you can share it with others.

I downloaded and paid for Photoshop Elements 13. I am unable to open the editor at all.

I downloaded, and paid for, Photoshop Elements 13. At first I was able to open the editor only when I made an adaption to the Task Manager Processes(at the recommendation of one of the forums) but now I am unable to open the editor at all.

Can you try opening Editor directly from the exe available at:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 13\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe
If it still does not open, are you seeing an error message when you try to open Editor?

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? I suspect Mac because of the name your error.

I cannot download the update for Photoshop Extended CS6.

I cannot completely download the update for Photoshop CS6 Extended Edition. Every time I try, it downloads 3%, and then its says Download Failed. When i looked at the error in more detail, it said the error code was 49. I cannot find the error code list. If anyone can tell me what error 49 is, please do so ASAP
