  • I'm unable to download Apple Keynotes vids and iTunes gimme an Error code (403)

I'm unable to download "WWDC 2008 Keynote address / Apple Keynotes" and iTunes gimme an Error code (403). Would anyone tell me what to do?

Either the service did not install when you set up iTunes, or it has been stopped for some reason.  If you are using Win7, go to the start orb, click, type services at the bottom. Then look in the window that opens for the Apple service(s), and start them all.  Then reload iTunes and try again.  If you don't find an Apple service, then you will need to install iTunes again, and be sure it is the current (10.2) version.

  • Unable to download apps (keynote, pages, etc)

After clicking on app icon, an error appears "unable to download app "pages" could not be downloaded at this time. Done/Retry.  How can I download these apps?

    Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
You will have to re enter your Wi-Fi password.
No data is lost due to a reset.

  • Reset iPad unable to download free Keynote, Pages etc

I have an ipad mini from my colleague. It has been reset and all data erased but I'm unable to get the free Keynote, Pages etc after I set up using my Apple ID

Those apps are not free for old devices.  You get them free with a new device.

  • I am unable to download any files in firefox (.zip, .doc, .tar.gz, .pdf, .otf, .bin, etc)

Thanks, I just needed to update (not to reset).

  • I'm unable to download books from the iCloud that I previously purchased.

The books appear in iBooks with a cloud in the upper right, but after they "download" the icon just appears again and I can't open the book.  I did a "reset all" which didn't fix it.  I tried logging into the iCloud again, but that didn't do it.  This is a replacement iPad mini from the apple store because the speaker went out on the previous one.  I did back up everything in iCloud before going in to get the replacement.  I also just got the book to download on my iPhone!?  What can I do to get the book back on my iPad mini?

    Ejbusch wrote:
I've done a a restart, uninstalled/reinstalled iBooks, and even tried deleting the data from the iCloud in hopes that the purchased content wouldn't have the cloud icon, but rather the normal download icon after a book is purchased.  None of this resolved it as the titles still show a cloud icon, even in the iBooks store.
When you purchase anything on the iPad, you will see the same iCloud download button next whatever it is that you would like to download again. iBooks show the download button directly on the book in the Purchased Collection in the iBooks app, but in the store, you will see the same download button that you see next to apps in the App Store. You already purchased the books so this icon is going to show. It will not go back to the regular download button again. If it did, you would have to pay for it again.
Are you having problems with any other downloads at all? Can you download previously purchased apps, new apps, songs, .... any problems with those?
Have you tried signing out of your Apple ID and see if that will "refresh" your account? Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad, and sign in again.

  • Unable to Download keynote for Ipad from app store.

Any suggestions for another viewer for a keynote presentation on my Ipad?  I need to do a presentation today and keynote is saying unable to download....

Perhaps it was a display model at one time in the store and someone registered the OS in their name. I would return to the store with the Mac and show them the stranger's name that appears in the Mac App Store when you try to update Lion. Perhaps it is even an employee. Anyway, they need to set this right by you. A new Mac should not have someone else's Apple ID registered into it. That registration sent the unique identifier to Apple for this Mac and registered it to the person's Apple ID. Not cool.

  • "Unable to download App. App could not be downloaded at this time"

On my registered iPad, the "free" iPhoto and iMovies are listed in my purchased Apps but when I try to download them it says "Unable to download App. App could not be downloaded at this time"  I tried rebooting and logging out of the App Store and back in. No luck

    Hi Dellie909,
    Welcome to the Support Communities!
The articles below may be able to help you with this.
About Free Apple Apps for iOS 7 compatible devices
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5913
iPhoto, iMovie, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote are free on the App Store for qualifying iOS 7 compatible devices activated or purchased after September 1, 2013.
The first time you launch the App Store in iOS 7 on your qualifying new or factory refurbished iOS device, you will be offered iPhoto, iMovie, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote for free in addition to other free software from Apple. When you tap Download All and sign in with your Apple ID, the apps will download to your device and appear in your store account. If you tap Not Now when you see the offer, you can search for the apps in the store and download them one at a time for free.
Note: If you aren't connected to WiFi when you accept the apps, any apps larger than 100MB will download when you have a WiFi connection.
If your new qualifying device came with iOS 6 installed, you will be offered the apps after you update to iOS 7.
If you already purchased and downloaded all the apps, they won't be available for free. You will, however, be eligible to download the updated versions.
If you have a computer, you can view your iTunes Store account and request assistance by following the instructions below:

I hope this information helps ....

  • Unable to download application

When I try to install almost any application I get 'unable to download application' this happens on all three of my IOS devices.  All are on 5.1.1
I have tried new purchased apps, it will let me buy Pages but not download it!
A few apps will install, I have got Keynotes and a few EA games on successfully.
I have logged two of my IOS devices out of app store and I have logged out and back in on my new iPad but still the same issue.
It never used to be like this, not sure if it's since 5.1 or not. Very odd to have the same issue on iPad 1, iPhone 4 and new iPad but I do and it's driving me bonkers!
    Can anyone help?

Thank God ! I am not the only one who got the same problem, I am suffering from this since last few months, I am also on O2 , even I changed my router and got new from O2, but still the same Problem is with my iPhone 4S, iPad and iPhone 3GS, I am really frustrated and annoyed with this, every time I have to switch off my wifi and switch it back on to all device to download or to update the applications.
Some times, I am opening some website, which can refresh automatically every few second or minutes and then I am downloading the apps, then it works.
Please try some websites open, and the try to install app, hopefully it will work.

Please can some expert help us on this...
    Thanks Guys...

  • I Recently updated the latest firmware ios7 now unable to open my keynote files. Please advise.

Recently updated to the latest firmware ios7 now unable to open the keynote files which i am getting from my collegues.

Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430

  • Unable to download Flex Builder 3.0.2 Professional Eclipse Plug-in Trial

Since yesterday I am unable to download the Flex Builder plugin for eclipse, having tried all the combinations of Language/OS available for this product, browsers and two different PCs at my home.
    http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=flex_eclipse
Using the link above the case is always the same no matter what browser/computer. After the "Download" button is pressed the website "freezes" for about 30 seconds, then it refreshes and soon an email message arrives with the title
"Helpful links and resources for your Flex Builder 3 Professional Trial".
Furthermore when I visit a link provided in the email Getting Started - Flex 3 Getting Started - Adobe Learning Resources, all the hyperlinks such as Watch, Full Tutorial, Download Project, PHP and Java will simply redirect me to the very same page (i.e. the one provided in this sentence).
I'd appreciate any help given on this matter, thanks.

Moving this discussion to the Flex Builder plug-in forum.

  • Unable to download new songs from iTunes

I have iTunes 7.6.2 and when I plug in my iPod I get 'syncing' then 'its ok to disconnect' message and I'm unable to download new songs I just bought. I tried this on 2 computers and the same results. One is running XP Pro SP1 and one is running Vista SP1 and the same issue with both pc's.
    Any suggestions?

iOS 6 (which runs on the iPhone 5) requires iTunes 10.7, which requires OS X 10.6.8 or higher.
Upgrade OS X on your Mac.
