I am unable to download the Illustrator CS5 15.0.2 Patch update, so what do I do?
I keep getting an error message when trying to download the patch to fix my glyph problems in Illustrator.
I have Illustrator off when I try to install the update. Any ideas what may be causing it to fail?
I'm operating OS X 10.7.5

You might try creating a new user account with admin rights and attempt installing the update from there.

Failed Download of Illustrator CS5 trial
Each time I attempt to download the Illustrator CS5 trial, it begins to download for a few seconds then says to restart the download. Not sure what is wrong, have tried everything listed in the common problems page.

I am unable to download the new version of Adobe since I do not recall my password. I was prompted to click on the question mark in the password field but there was none. How do I resolve this issue?
Are you talking about a Mac password or a password for Adobe's website or something?

My mac is the OS X 10.8.3. I tried to update the latest Adobe flash player and kept getting 'Actionlist not found.' I have uninstalled, enabled and disabled plug-ins and am still unable to download the update and now have no flashplayer at all. Help!
PS I'm still new to Macs so the more broken down the better.Adobe Flash Player 11.8.800.42 is the most recent version from Adobe. It is a pre-release version. I am using it without any noticeable problems.

I have a Nikon d610 and am using PS CS6. I am unable to download my raw files through Bridge on my mac. I have downloaded the most recent Camera Raw files - 8.7.1 - what should I do next.
The D610 needs ACR 8.3 so you are easily covered there. I am not entirely clear on the process you are using the bring the files onto your hard drive. The safest way is to simply bring all the NEF files into a folder on your hard drive, then find them with bridge and open from there.
If still stuck, open Photoshop, and go Help > About plugins > Camera RAW and check that 8.7 installed OK. -

Here is my problem:
I'm unable to download the latest software iOS 6.0.1 to my iphone 4 because there is not enough available space. I tried to sync my iphone to itunes and it says, "itunes cannot read the contents of this iPhone. Go to the Summary tab in iPhone preferences and click Restore to restore this iPhone to factory settings."
I backed up my data to icloud to ensure everything is backed up. Is there a way to verify if data was really backed up in icloud?
What else can I do in order to free up enough space to download the newest version iOS 6.0.1? Current version on the iphone is 5.1.1 and there is only 1.6 GB of space remaining. I need 2.5 to download the software.If you really are running OS 10.4.6 you have a long way to go!

After installing Windows 8, I am unable to download the creative cloud and the program I purchased for school.

Every time I download a new app or update an old one it doesn't work. It gives an error message saying it is unable to download the application. I have 2 choices. Retry or done. Retry doesn't work so I press done. What can I do to fix this? Someone please help!
Try using Google's DNS instead of the one your IPS is providing.
- To change on the iPod go to Settings>wifi and change the DNS to 8.8.8.8
- For the computer see:

- Did anything happen to your router right before this started? Maybe the router is blocking the port used. -
I am unable to download the Create Cloud desktop app
Please help, I am unable to download the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app. When downloading the exe file, it gets stuck trying to connect to the server.
T have exhausted all troubleshooting steps:
1. I have tested to make sure I am connected to the internet
2. I can access secure sites
3. I have checked my host files. there are no entries that referece activate.adobe.com
4. I have checked the GlobalSign Root CA certificate
I have turned off all firewalls and antivirus and still get stuck trying to connect to the serverNobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details.

When firefox checking for updates and updates found but due to proxy restrictions it unable to download the updates then it continue trying to download that and this time it creating problem on executing javascript and raising errors.

I'm trying to download The Adobe CS5 design premium on a 10.10 Yosemite Macintosh laptop. The download gets to 3.76 GB then pauses for an eternity, I don't understand what the issue is. I've tried to re-download the file three times with the same result. One of the attempts prompted me to update to Java 8, which I did, but that didn't do anything.

If you wait to long and they no longer have any in stock you will have to buy it from eBay or Apple resellers that still have stock. But you will have to pay a premium since the DVDs are no longer being made. Snow Leopard DVDs are already up to $100 on Amazon.

I am unable to download the Maverick keeps coming up with an error
I downloaded Maverick on my computer which was my husbands old computer. I downloaded it with my husbands apple id which I was prompted to use, after downloading the full version it could not be opened, so I deleted the entire program, rebooted and then tried to download the program using my apple id. Now I am unable to download the program I keep getting an error message.
Please help!Sadly, that did not resolve the problem. The app still terminated and generated an error. Any other suggestions?
