I am unable to purchase Creative Cloud?

I've tried about 10 times with two different credit cards but for some reason I am unable to purchase Creative Cloud. I keep getting this error message......
Your billing address doesn't seem to match the credit card you entered. Check to make sure you entered this information correctly, and if you still can't place your order, please call us at +1 800-585-0774. If you're not in North America, you can look up a local number here.
The billing information is correct and the debit/credit cards information is also correct.
I also tried adding CLoud to my cart and purchasing it that way but I am still getting an error.
Anyone have any ideas?

    The first thing is to download Creative cloud desktop app which will help you to download all the apps available, go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and download it.
    Once downloaded, launch it and select any product to start downloading/installing within the app.

  • Cannot purchase Creative Cloud due to credit card problem

    Hello,
    I first purchased Student and Teacher Edition Creative Cloud in August but due to the hacker incident here at Adobe, my credit card was annulled. Due to financial problems, my last payment was in October and eventually, my subscription expired.
    Now I'd like to renew my subscription as I now have a viable credit card but I simply cannot! I tried at least 8-10 times to purchase Creative Cloud / renew my subscription but I always got the same answer: they are unable to confirm my credit card.
    I tried this both on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, and I also tried with my parents using my mother's credit card but that didn't work either. I also tried shutting down and restarting my computer.
    I'm still studying at the same school, that information hasn't changed. I'm from Finland.

    I am purchasing from Asia. Based in Singapore and traveling now in Phils (purchasing online in Phils) -- could that be why it is making that error?

    Did you tried with any other browser.
    Also, try to delete the broswer cache and then go to the purchasing process again.

  • Unable to install Creative Cloud

    Hello,
    I have an extra seat who needs to use Creative Cloud for his job. He cannot install the Creative Cloud application and when trying to do so afresh, he constantly gets the error "Unable to install Creative Cloud Please close all active Adobe applications and retry your installation" message via the dmg image installer file. There are no other or active Adobe application on his iMac and no Adobe application running anywhere on the machine.
    iMac OS X 10.8.5, 2.9GHz.
    The problem reoccurs even after navigating to the Applications/Utilities folder and putting the folders Adobe Application Manager folder and Creative Cloud to the Trash and emptying it. Then navigating to the Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder and renaming it to OOBE.old, then again downloading Creative Cloud desktop from the URL https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and trying again to install it.
    Despite all of this, the same "Unable to install Creative Cloud Please close all active Adobe applications and retry your installation" message prompt comes up and the installation of the Creative Cloud application is abandoned.
    This is a very frustrating experience. What is the workaround to get this appliaction installed so he can get on with his work as soon as possible?

    Sorry for taking so long but I was unable to access my pc. Now that I've got it here is the screenshot of the error. It's in italian:
    It says something like:
    "There has been the following errors: a possible problem with Creative Cloud desktop. Download a new copy of Creative Cloud desktop and install it again".
    As I said before even downloading it again I get the same file and the same error.
    Please let me know if you need any other information.

  • Purchased Creative Cloud complete on Black Friday for $40/mo, I've been charged twice and can't find out how to license my trial. PLEASE HELP!

    I signed up and purchased a discount plan of Creative Cloud Complete for $40/mo for the first year on Black Friday (11/28/14). I downloaded the Creative Cloud desktop app as well as Lightroom and Photoshop a few days later when my new computer came in. They have both reached the trial limit (I'm not even sure why it put me as a trial when I had already purchased Creative Cloud Complete). Since then I have downloaded and installed AE and PR and they have about 15 days left on the trial. My account has now been charged $40 twice. The first time was on 11/28/14 when I signed up, and the second time was on 12/29/14. Both were for the amount of $39.99. When I log into my Adobe Creative Cloud account online, it's asking me if I'm "ready to buy?". Why does it say this if I have already purchased a plan? How do I get the information to license all of the software? Nowhere in my account settings can I find a way to license all of the Creative Cloud programs I have installed. Please help! I have tons of projects I need to be working on and cannot afford any delays!

  • Trouble with newly purchased Creative Cloud Team

    I just purchased Creative Cloud Team with 5 seats.  When we go to download the different applications, some only say "TRY".  WHAT IS UP WITH THIS?!?! 
    I get Premiere and After Effects, but Photoshop only has a "TRY" button.  My coworker isn't even seeing Premiere in his options!  What is going on here?!

    No worries, just follow some extra steps.
    Did you assign seats to your coworkers ?
    You have to log-in with the email and password of the Team manager; probably the one who purchased it - you as well ? Then look for the button to manage your team (assigning seats by inviting probably yourself and other users). Don't forget they all (you included) need to click the Acceptance link in the invitation email they received ! After that, the application buttons will display "Install".

    I graduate in about 6 months and need cs6 master suite but the terms of the contract say if I don't cancel, which may be hard because I will be joining the military, that it will be renewed automatically and I am wondering if there is a way to avoid that.     I had PhotoShop CS6 trial, which expired.
    I have purchased Creative Cloud student edition, I receive a message that my PhotoShop trial has expired.
    I am prompted to purchase the product to extend it, or type in the product's serial number
    (I never received a serial number.)
    I paid for Creative Cloud and have an order number, I should not be having this issue. 
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled PhotoShop CS6 multiple times, I also use DreamWeaver and am fearful that I will encounter the same issue. How can I use the Photoshop CS6 after I have paid for it?

    I purchased it twice thinking 1 purchase did not complete.

    I live in Bangladesh, a country where Adobe Creative Cloud is not available for purchase. Many people here who need it use the crack version. However, I would like to be able to use the version Adobe is offering on its site.     I received an e-mail saying that I need to submit proof of student status within 7 days to verify my eligibility for creative cloud student membership, otherwise my membership will be cancelled. I purchased creative cloud at the beginning of October and have been using it since then. I believe that I showed proof of eligibility via my student e-mail address back when I purchased it. There is no information in the e-mail regarding where or how I submit this information. All it tells me is what is acceptable for verification (including student e-mail address). Basically all I need to know is where I submit this information so that I can keep my membership.

  • Trying to launch Lightroom after purchasing Creative Cloud

    My son and I did trials of Lightroom and After Effects.  I purchased Creative Cloud.  I Downloaded the Adobe Applications Manager after I logged into MY account.   The Adobe App Manager shows my sons name and Lightroom is not in the line up.  I try to launch Lightroom from my applications (it is there from the trial) and it asks for a Serial Number, which I don't have.  Please help me launch lightroom and help me understand why my sons name appears and why Lightroom isn't in line-up!

    Please remove the copy of Photoshop Lightroom you currently have installed.  If you are using Windows then you will want to utilize the uninstaller in Programs & Features.
    Once Lightroom has been removed you should then be able to download and install Lightroom from the Adobe Application Manager.  You will need to be signed into AAM with the Adobe ID tied to your subscription for Lightroom to be visible as an option.
