How do I upload my resume?I am trying to send my resume to a potential employer but without there email address the adobe program will not let me. On the application it says upload your resume here, why can't i do this?

Where do you try to upload it to? What exactly means "unable" and "can't"?

Turns out this was a simple set up error for me, although i'd set up mobile me to sync my e mails I had never set up my outgoing message server. Therefore, if I received a message from me.com I could reply no problem, however if the message came from aol.com I couldn't reply.

Our household has been unable to "send" outgoing emails since 06/29/2010. This includes a wireless laptop and a PC. We both lost the ability to send emails same day. We changed NOTHING and did not share emails with each other that would have corrupted our system. During this time I have had 2 Verizon techs dance around in the PC doing all the same things I did as well as what the automated assistant did. The last tech said the Outlook Express 6.0 was corrupted, and to unistall it and then reinstall; this time 2 hours later, I think he just gave up). That did not work either. I tried using the Outlook Office and still got an error message for outging. Everything is set up as it was when it was working until 06/29/2010. I was told that there was a new server being installed and that things wold be working by 07/02/2010... I have tried taking down the firewall, turning off virus protection (McAfee), changing from outgoing.yahoo.verizon.net to just outgoing.verizon.net, checking boxes, unchecked boxes. SMPT is set to 587. We get incoming fine. I hate using the "Verizon email site" as too much monkey motion to get to mail, but that's what we have been doing. I even tried setting up a GMail account, again got mail still could not send. Any ideas?

I even tried sending an email via dos prompt with Telnet, got past "HELO", but when trying to get a "RCPT TO" (using outgoing.yahoo.verizon.net) I got an "authorization required" response and then was dropped. I have been passed around without a solution. I am about ready to change ISP, but really hate to as most of the time (years now) this has been a decent ISP. If Verizon is having a problem just say so, I can handle it, honesty would be nice, refreshing and not wasting so much of my time as well as the techs!

Unable to send Yahoo mail via Apple Mail

I am unable to send mail via a yahoo plus account. My out going server is smtp.mail.yaho.com. SSL is selected. Server port is 25. I have tried to change authentication to "password", but it stays as none.
POP functionality works fine.

Where did you get the Yahoo Mail Plus account setup information?
I didn't see any reference on Yahoo's website to use SSL for the SMTP server.
I copied the following account settings from Yahoo's website:

I have tried to change authentication to "password",

After selecting Password for the SMTP server authentication and entering your Account or User Name and the account's password, are you selecting OK afterwards to save the changed settings?

That pretty much means you don't have an email client. This is something like Outlook Express you may have seen.
Instead, open your email and attach the PDF.

If you are trying to download it from Acrobat.com then the file should be downloaded to your local drive. However you need a password to open the PDF file if the PDF file was encrypted with open password.

Unable to send to BB via bluetooth......

As a new BB user I'm trying to get to grips with how it works.............I've been trying to send pics,mps etc to my BB via bluetooth but keep hitting a brick wall. I've read up on a few posts on what to do but I've tried everything suggested but no joy.
I know you have to go to media and select "receive using bluetooth", I've made sure the devices have been paired but nothing. I can send from my BB but not thge other way. It must be something stupid I'm missing but I can't quite figure out what????????

Hi there, what is the other device you are trying to send from? Your strategy of clicking on Receive Using Bluetooth is the correct method, so the only thing that I can think is that either your other device is not able to properly send, or your configuration settings on your BlackBerry are incorrect.
Here are some steps to ensure that you are receiving correctly on the BlackBerry (although it sounds like you are):

I am unable to send picture messages via text.

I only got my blackberry q10 last week. Have switched over from orange to vodafone. From a curve to the q10. My contacts have not all come over to the new phone and I find out today that pictures ain't sending via text. Works fine via whatsapp though. I am able to receive pictures though. Please help!!

Rebooting the device is the first troubleshooting step for odd issues like that. Resetting is the second. It was more efficient for me to suggest the reset, but in the future you should try just rebooting.
And if you find yourself rebooting or resetting often, take a look at what you are doing, such as the last app you installed, the apps you are running, the apps you have open at the time, in short any coincidences.
For what it's worth I practically never do resets and seldom reboot.

    Can anyone tell me, what are the settings needed to enable the Email functionality for Dunning.
    I checked the F150 Transaction but there's nothing on it that says...the Dunning Info can be emailed.
    The requirement is, the Dunning output should be a SMARTFORM.
    I checked the FM : PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SF and it does have the functionality to email the document.
    I dont know, how can this be triggered from F150.
    Please help me out on this...

How do I upload a file other than a photo to a website (like a resume to a job site)?

I have been using my iPad 2 to do job searches. Many websites ask me to upload my resume and/or a cover letter. I create these in Pages, and also save them as PDF files. When I click on the button to upload a file, the only choices I have are photos. Is there anyway to access other files saved on my iPad? Thanks!

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?

You export your Timeline to file saved to the computer hard drive and from there upload it to YouTube at the YouTube web site.
Those YouTube extended time accounts are only for use at YouTube web site and not for use within the Premiere Elements YouTube feature.
Any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask. Depending on your Premiere Elements version, look at the AVCHD.mp4 choices
for your export to file saved to the computer hard drive.

Unable to send mail via Secure SMTP

Our email system allows users access to their accounts via secure IMAP and SMTP.
I am able to connect and view my inbox via secure IMAP, using a number of different S60 devices - namely E72, E52 and 5800.
However I am unable to connect to send via secure SMTP.
By contrast, I am able to view and send mail with Apple and Android devices without any problems.
On my comparable UAT configuration the S60 devices do not have this problem.
On UAT, we use a self-signed certificate, as opposed to the Live system which uses a Verisign certificate.
Help, please!

An Update of sorts.
On my E72 I removed all references to Verisign under: Ctrl. panel -> Settings -> General -> Security -> Certificate management -> Authority certificates. (There were about 6 entries)
I tried to connect afresh, but the phone took two attempts to pick up my password for email.
I now have a 'Trusted site certificate' for the email server.
However, I still can't send. A message pops up 'Unable to send message: <target address>'

No, what happens when I try to send a photo as an email attachment is, after checking the recipient and then selecting “next” the next window says put in the code that was sent to you to verify that you are the person sending the photo. (no code was received after installing it). Apparently I need to do whatever triggers sending the code to me. Uninstalling and reinstalling Elements did not result in my receiving any email with the code (and I checked the spam filter). Can you help?
