Configurator is 'Unable to Update iOS". Error 11 (Preflight options copy fail)
I'm attempting to restore 720 iPads to factory settings, and place a Configurator profile on them.
I'm using a Bretford Cart that holds up to 30.
Everytime I run configurator, it's unable to update iOS, and it specifically says that It "failed to copy preflight options during recovery mode restore. Error 11."
Half of them work, and are done correctly, and the other half give the error.
Some of the iPads are on iOS 5, I'm sure, considering the amount of iPads that I'm dealing with. Could this be the issue?
What am I doing wrong?It's been a while, but I think I had to finally completely reset all of them to factory settings, and run them through the entire system again.
It could be the cart (and configurator) having a problem applying settings to multiple OS installs. I'd put my money on this being the issue. -

i update ios 7 but it got sim loked and even i enter pin it is showing unlocking please wait but it is not getting opened
Turn your phone off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your phone and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a phone in recovery mode. Now you can restore to factory settings.

After the recent update of iOS 7.0.6 my phone is having issues with wifi connectivity. It gets disconnected most of the time. I went through support page and done with "Reset Network settings" too but it doesn't help. It is very toublesome while watching videos, sending pics, chatting and so on. Please advise.
It works fine in LTE network. The problem is with WIFI only.

And then it does nothing, but freezes up. I swipe away the page to try again with the same results over and over.

A system reboot by powering the phone off does not work. There is plenty of free space on his phone.
On the other hand, My Iphone 4S updated no problem doing exactly what it is suppose to do with updates.
So any help would be appreciated.Try resetting the device: Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Slide to Unlock screen redisplays, hook the device up to iTunes, make sure that your husband's Apple/iTunes/iCloud ID is signed on to iTunes, then try the update again.

I have a 4s, and I've had that problem, too. I've tried every method mentioned on the boards. If Ellips's suggestion didn't work, try this, and please let me know if it worked:
(I did the following while the phone was connected to my pc...if that makes a difference.)
1. On the phone, go to Music.
2. Click "More."
3. Click "Shared."
4. My phone lists "iPhone" and my iTunes Libary. Try clicking the name of your music library.
5. Wait until the circle makes its loop.
The synch still failed to complete, but all of my music was on my iPhone, again. Whew. -

How are you trying to accomplish this? You can't transfer media directly from one iDevice to another. You should be transferring your purchased items to your iTunes library on the computer you sync them with, then syncing them from there.
You should be able to re-download media from the iTunes store using the same Apple ID used to purchase it to begin with. -
