I am unable to update my new credit card on my payment details???
Hi there,
I got a notification my credit card epxired and therefore this has stopped my CC payment. I am getting an error message when I try to upload my new card? It wont work. Any advice?

Are you getting an error message when trying to update your credit card details?
Might be worth clearing cookies/cache or try using another browser.

How do I change countries from Hong Kong to Australia (as I dont hold HK credit cards)
Once I have done that I can then put in new credit card info for itunes.

I updated my credit card info with my apple id and now I can't locate any purchased apps or music, any ideas?
Sounds like you opened a new account using a new Apple ID. This is the only way you would lose purchases because past pirchasea are always tied to the ID that they were purchased under.

There was an error with your purchase.I tried calling but they are closed in bservance of holiday. I want to resolve this issue now please via Internet so that I can resume my game. Thx very much for your help. Can u guide me thought this or email me the instructions as to how to resolve this step by step. It appears to me that there must have been a past billing issue.

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.
Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card
You can have apps purchased from more than one account. It does complicate update apps though.
- Go to settings>Store and sign out and sign into your account.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account. -

Are you 100% sure that every detail of your information is the same in each place?
Make sure that EVERY DETAIL is the same in every place you enter your information

Hi apple, I have currently got a visa $50 gift card. I put it on my iTunes account I have currently ran out of funds on the card. Now even when I try to download free apps or even update, it says it requires a new credit card. Is there a way around this
We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
If you have a credit card on your account then it needs to be valid. Have you tried removing it from yoru account ? On your iPad try tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Store on iOS 6+) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. -
