I am unable to upgrade or buy app from app store

Hi!
I am unable to make purchase or upgrade apps on store. Whenever I am going for purchase, its telling that your payment method was declined.
few days back I did entered wrong password while going for purchases, may be thats why my billing method is now invalid?
Please do help me out as I do have only one payment card.

Nah, it usually gives you another try at your password should you make a mistake. I'd take a look at your payment method and make sure you have the info correct. It could be something as simple as needing to update the expiration date. If you've moved recently you might also need to update your billing address. If need be, then ofcourse get intouch with apple.

    I am unable to download ANY apps from mac store. It was working just fine but some two weeks ago mac store stopped updating and downloading apps. i tried clearing the temp folder, deleted the appstore temp files. But still i am getting the error. My itunes version is the latest 11.1.5. Any idea why this error wont go away?

    Do i need diferents id for each App store? I speak spanish, german and english and i would like to be able to buy films in each diferent language.
    I also have € from a card from App Store Spain that i cannot use because i only have acces to App store switzerland. Can anybody help me? Thanks a lot

    You need to be in a country to buy from its store, so whilst you are in Switzerland you can only use the Swiss store - you will need to be in Spain to use the Spanish store.
    On each film's description page in the store there should be a list of the language(s) and/or subtitles that it has on it e.g. here in the UK one of the new releases, Svengali, has listed on its description page :
    If there is a particular film that you would like to buy in a particular language that is not currently available in the Swiss store then you can try requesting that it be added, but unless the Swiss rights-holder for the film agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
    All iTunes gift cards are country-specific, so you will only be able to redeem and use the Spanish gift card when you are in Spain with a Spanish billing address on your account.

    Have you checked your email's spam folder to make sure an email from Apple has not been put in there?

    What happens when you try to buy an app, does the 'buy' button not work, do you a message about your billing info, an error message about something else ... ?
    If you are getting a message to contact iTunes support then you can do so via this page and ask the why it's appearing (we won't' know) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

    Try this, press and hold both the home and power buttons 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own. If they don't download at least the timer should stop.

    1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
    OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
    Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
    Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
    Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
    Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
    How much free space on it now?

    Is the name address on your iTunes account in exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bil. You could try what it suggests on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 - and if that doesn't fix it try contacting your card issuer :
    If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

    I don't know why but I suspect you are located in the Indian sub continent.   Debit cards appear to be a problem here and while many are accepted in other countries, India seems to be an exception.   Go to ...

    Unable to download updates or new apps from app store. That circle goes round and round, but nothing happens.

    Close the App Store app, reset your iPad and then try agin.
    In order to close apps in iOS 7, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
    Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

    If he's being charged twice - that is, he's seeing two charges on his credit card for a single purchase - then it's an error and he should contact his credit card company and the iTunes Store. Otherwise, he's just mistaken as to what is happening.
