I am unable to watch any kind of video or flash

The most recent update has made me unable to watch any flash or video. I have updated ALL my extensions and add ons, but still can't watch ANY videos or flash.

Audio Failure Only While Watching Any Kind of Video Online

     Both my internal audio unit and my external one (M-Audio Firewire 1814) are prone to this problem. After about a minute or so of watching any kind of video online, irrespective of website (YouTube, The Daily Show's Website, random embedded flash video, anything) or browser (Chrome, Safari), the sound starts to sort of disintegrate, stutter, and ultimately go out.
     If I am using the Firewire unit, restarting the the device fixes it. If I am using my laptop's built-in audio, the problem is fixed by plugging in headphones, or unplugging them if they were in in the first place.
     Note that this is not an issue with videos on my computer, only streaming online ones. I at first suspected it had to do with buffering and my computer not being able to handle the load, but even if I let a video fully buffer, I still experience this problem after a minute or so.
     Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is all most unfortunate...from what I read in your post you have covered everything that can be done at your end....something is damaged on the Logic Board it sounds like...as to how much it would cost only the people that end repairing will know after it is diagnosed....take it in...tell them what you have found and tried so far...maybe that will help narrow down the problem...

Recently I've noticed that I'm not able to watch any kind of video on my iPad.....youtube, music videos, netflix, news videos, etc. I'll hit the play icon and then the pause button comes on and then quickly flips back to the play button. Not sure what causes this, but see if this fixes it. Close all apps and reboot the iPad.
Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button twice.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Most YouTube content requires Flash. Apple does not support Flash for iOS devices.

ITunes freezes when playing any kind of video

Up until a little while ago I was able to use iTunes to stream movie trailers, watch video podcasts, and watch movies saved in my library. For some reason now I am unable to.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Quicktime and iTunes, and I have even tried using older versions of both of these.
I can play videos in Quicktime OK, but not in iTunes.
The moment I hit "play", iTunes freezes. This happens with ANY kind of video (ie. podcasts, streaming, trailers, local videos, etc.)
Videos I used to once be able to play I cannot.
I have synced some of the videos to my iphone and they play fine on it, so the format is correct.
Any help would be great.

I had this same problem s a lot of others after updating to the latest I Tunes version. I finally got a decent response back from Apple, which was hard to do. Here is what they told me. Maybe it will help you:

You may have the box for 'Ask me before allowing sites...' or 'Block all...' checked in System Preferences - Flash Player, as pictured below... If so, try the 'allow' one instead, or if you prefer, continue to deny/allow when prompted.

Yes definitely make sure you're not covering the mic, its at the bottom of the phone on the left next to the 30 pin, but if thats not the problem and you're still under warranty then definitely take it back to apple because it's probably a hardware issue and theyll gladly replace or fix it for you.

Firefox on my laptop wont play any kind of video why?

I have the latest version of firefox and all the plugins are up to date because I just checked, yet all of a sudden any kind of video, game or whatever that is that is bigger than a normal gif that wants to move and do things wont work. I get youtube saying an error occurred and cant get any other video to load from any place and games too. How do I fix this, how did it happen and how do I prevent it.

Any kind of video playback is choppy, eventually stops

So a couple weeks ago I dropped my macbook flat, upside down, from about 3 feet up, on a wooden floor. I died a little inside. Since then, it has been acting up. Any kind of video playback (html5, flash, quicktime, etc.) is great at the beginning, but then gets choppy, and eventually just comes to a stop. The weirdest part about this, is that I can avoid this, ONLY if I constantly move the cursor around while the video is playing! You all probably think I'm an idiot, but I have done extensive testing on this, and its definitely the mouse movement (trackpad or bluetooth mouse, either way), that keeps the video playing smoothly. As well as the video playback, my computer will sometimes not wake up from sleep, and when I do an emergency shutdown (hold the power button down til it shuts off), and fire it back up, it tells me to do another emergency shutdown, and will continue to do so until i remove the battery, replace it, and start it up again.
After this "behaviour" persisted for a few days, I did an erase and re-install of snow leopard (didn't make a difference), and I also removed/replaced my hard drive and ram, just for good measure.
Please, can someone tell me what the heck is going on, and maybe give me an idea of how much this is gonna cost me to fix (as I am clearly out of warrantee)?

I had to reset it again and use the desktop software reinstalling the entire basic software. On your desktop blackberry software go to the software up date thoght tools and if there are no newer veresions available, chose the botton for las version and intall it.

Unable to use any of my videos!

The app states it is unable to use any of my videos. First of all the contrast and lighting couldn't possibly be better. I'm a brunette in a red top, against a beige wall, talking to the camera, sitting completely still in a very well lit room. Please explain to me why it can't find a "still shot". The videos I've seen this app advertise for, the ppl in them aren't sitting still at all! I've reshot this video 5 or 6 times and it won't choose any of them. Please help me, I want to send this as a Valentines Day card...
