I am using a Mac OS X Version 10.9.5. Can not get Safari to fully load. Know it is not a network issue as other computers work fine on same network. This unit was recently repaired (hardware issue) and I'm able to use SOME websites.
I guess the best way to resolve this issue is to reset Safari completely? I tried doing this by using the Safari Reset option, but no help. I've tried many other options with no positive results.
Suggestions?
1. Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly. It will take a while.
Restart the computer.
Start up in Safe Mode.

2. Delete Caches.db
Close all windows and quit all applications.
Hold "option" key down and click "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.
Select "Library" from the dropdown.
Library > Caches > com.apple.Safari > Caches.db
Right click the Caches.db file and select "Move To Trash.
Close windows and relaunch Safari.
3. Safari > Preferences > Extensions
Turn off Extensions if any and launch Safari again to test.
Turn on those one by one and test.
Do you have any anti-virus software installed?

I bought a MacBook Pro in October of 2010 and it's been running greatly up to this month. Now I am experiencing problems with Safari loading web pages. Sometimes it will load web pages just fine and other times it doesn't load web pages at all. This only seems to happen with certain sites. The installator can't find HP LJ 1536 but network and other computers works fine
I have small office network with 10 windows 7 32bit machines connected with wires. The router is Cisco E2000 and the switch is D-Link. The office have 3 printers - Two HP LJ 1536 and one HP LJ 1520 color printer. All computers work fine with all these printers and the network also works fine. Except one pc - on that pc i have the 1520 working, but when i try to install 1536 with installation cd the installator cant find 1536 printers. Till now everythig worked fine. The problem is from today. I have uninstalled the software and try to reinstall but with none success. I can ping IP addres of these two 1536 priniters but cant install them with the installator. Only with add printer method but then the scanner doesn't work. Firewall is turned off. File sharing work fine. HP diagnostic utilities didn't solve the problem. All computers and printers have static ip v.4 settings. Please Help Me

I can NOT take the continual freeze ups of my entire browser even worse when updating a page let alone just opening email. I closed the browser and have had to use even just microsoft or Google since this Firefox has gotten so horrible...
I clear my history and my cache so many times a day I can not keep track anymore and that is insane to have to do it as many times as I am even worse that it does not help in the least!
I have used Firefox for years now but if I have to remove it and switch to a different one by the days end I will and I will post in Facebook to all my friends who I had switch to Firefox what and why though some have already just switched to other browsers.First, that cannot be an iBook G4 as that machine cannot run Snow Leopard let alone Mountain Lion. To run Snow Leopard it has to be an Intel processor, not a G4. What does it show as the Model Identifier in About This Mac, More Info, System Report, Hardware, Model Identifier?
Second, if you have erased the hard drive there should not be remnants of any prior content. Even though Disk Warrior is saying nothing is wrong with the hard drive, it sounds as though there are problems. You may want to consider simply replacing the hard drive so there are no questions about faults. A good source is OWC, http://www.macsales.com where they also have on-line videos showing how to do the replacement.
Third, you could also try again to restart using the Snow Leopard DVD/CD and use Disk Utility on that install disk to erase again, and do it a couple times, then try to install. If it continues to refuse, then it sounds as though there is a fault with the hard drive. -
Firefox would not load webpage despite there being an active internet connection to the computer. I know this because firefox loaded on another home computer without any issues. I reset the ip address on the computer in question through cmd.exe and this helped the issue to an extent however it take several minutes to load webpages. I can also advise tha Internet Explorer suffered exactly the same issue and it gave me an error message early when unable to load webpages, that a remote firewall may be blocking the connection. It suggested to configure the firewall to allow connections thru TCP port 80.

It sounds to me that you have a low profile, with your stats we can see if you've been having disconnections which makes the exchange raise your Noise Margin to try and increase your stabibility, but at a cost of speed, it may have been that your sync speed has recovereed, but not your IP Profile.

Can you comfirm that you have no noise on the line. Really a test by dialling 17070 and pressing option 2 for the quiet line test should be completed in the Master Socket with no other devices connected to the line. ANd also do you have a master socket with a split faceplate that you can unscrew the bottom half, if so behind there is a hidden 'test socket', it disconnects all your internal wiring so just to make sure its not a fault inside your premises.

About a week ago, my daughter's iPad2 stopped connecting to the internet. It will connect to some of the routers in the house, but not all, but then just hangs in Safari, netflix, app store...basically anything that requires going online. I am not sure why you can boot into diagnostic OK but not install from the cd. I think it is a dvd not cd. You sure you have the correct cd/dvd?
You can boot in startup manager on your machine by holding down the option key when you poweron. This will give you a little more info. Click on what you want to boot the click on the right arrow.

Those steps don't work. I'm using the lastest version of itunes (11.0.1.12) on Windows. This article was last updated in 2009 and lists itunes 7.7. Anyone have any ideas, or is there a new article that accounts for the changes to itunes?

My ipad2 was working fine last night, but this morning when I woke it up... it no longer was connected to my network. While it can detect networks, it cannot connect to any (have tried at home and at work). I have tried: resetting router, resetting ipad, forgetting network, renewing lease on network, ensuring airplane mode is off, resetting network settings, turning wifi on/off. None of the typical solutions I can find online seem to work. HELP!

Computer will not boot up to administrator page for sign in and password. It goes to Guest page where I can browse the internet with Yahoo, but can not connect to Safari. It does not show Dock with Applications at all; therefore I can not access network settings or any applications to get out of this mode. I have disconnected every thing connected to the mini-mac and left over night before reconnecting. Same problem as before; then used all F buttons to try to recover factory settings, again nothing help ! Used various combinations of Escape, Delete, Control and Alternate keys. Held D key down while restarting computer and nothing has worked for me at this time. Any suggestions would be appreciated at this time!
