I am using firefox 4 and my website looks different in the LCD and Laptop(both with same screen resolutions). The same looks ok with firefox 3.6. Why i am getting this difference?

I am using firefox 4 and i can see difference in the laptop and the lcd. The site looks fine with firefox 3.6 for both and also for all the browsers. Only for firefox 4, things are getting screwed in laptop, as it looks fine for the LCD.

Even the footer doesnt shows the css in laptop, but the same is fine for LCD.
NOTE: I have tested this on most laptops.

Well I see that you and I share the same problem, I posted the same type of question and am anxiosly awaiting replies on this topic, as it is very important
I own a small business, and every hour a customer cannot view my site is a customer lost to incompatibility issues.
I hope someone can help answer these issues.

Error message is FAILED TO GET DISPATCH FROM IBRWSR2. Then when you click on it the next error message says: PHTML IS NULL. You have to click this error message twice and then the PDF finally loads. Happened every time
Does anyone have a solution since Adobe will not respond?
As a last resort I will try uninstalling the Adobe Reader XI and install Adobe Reader 10 instead. It seems to work ok. But when I try to install version 10 the Adobe site tries to install XI. Any ideas?

I've had the problem too... for at least a month or more. It would happen when logging into yahoo mail. But it happens only with firefox... not explorer. I contacted yahoo and he had me first disable add ons... no change... and since it didn't happen with explorer, they said to contact firefox. Here is something that you can try:
# Click on Tools and then click Options.
# Select the Advanced panel
# Select the General tab
# Uncheck Use hardware acceleration where available.
# Click File and then click Exit.
# Start Firefox normally.
Once you have followed those steps, you'll want to follow these as well and see if the lines are gone.
Click the Help menu and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.
Let me know if this has eliminated the problem.

First, uninstall "SuperTV" (whatever that is) according to the developer's instructions. It isn't working and it's filling the log with noise.
If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application.
Step 1
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left.
Enter "BOOT_TIME" (without the quotes) in the search box. Note the timestamps of those log messages, which refer to the times when the system was booted. Now clear the search box and scroll back in the log to the last boot time when you had the problem. Post the messages logged before the boot, while the system was unresponsive or was failing to shut down. Please include the BOOT_TIME message at the end of the log extract.
Post the log text, please, not a screenshot. If there are runs of repeated messages, post only one example of each. Don’t post many repetitions of the same message. When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
PLEASE DO NOT INDISCRIMINATELY DUMP THOUSANDS OF LINES FROM THE LOG INTO A MESSAGE. If you do that, I will not respond.

I may have already resolved this issue buy removing the device from my computer and re-pairing it. It is currently working just fine.

Before trying the update again, use Microsoft's Fix it solution at http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall. Use it to uninstall iTunes and Quicktime. It bypasses this not uncommon problem. When the solution finishes, the selected program will be uninstalled. It can take several minutes and I have seen as much as half an hour.
After iTunes & Quicktime are uninstalled, try the update again.

Yep. Nothing happens at all. Windows tries to execute the uninstaller, but I don't get any other screen and all activity stops for the MSI. I monitored it in Process Monitor and the MSI executable appears, but is quickly ended, like it couldn't find anything or something.
It's as if windows has a blank entry in Programs and Features, because it used to show the size of the Adobe application in the "Size" column. Now it's just blank. Link to screenshot below:

Note the install date. That's when I was able to successfully reinstall it. Now I can't even do that. I should also mention I tried Revo Uninstaller. It deleted one small registry key, but nothing changed.
By the way, is the CS cleaner supposed to ask for a disc in the drive when you run it? It refused to run unless I had one in it, so I used my install dvd.

Thank you for your response, Chris. But I'm afraid I have to disagree. There are native 64 bit versions of iTunes available for OSX and Windows.
In a 64 Bit Windows environment native 64 Bit Applications install the DLL's in a directory called "Program Files" and a directory called "Program Files (x86)" (32 Bit applications only use the ladder).
iTunes 9 is consistent with this behavior - and it identified itself to the system as a 64 bit application (meaning it's process appears without a "*32" tag on it).

how POD's have to configure so that you can use Standard POD and Integrated POD at same VMfg session. we have problem that if I login to VMfg and open default integrated POD, this POD opened in normal way. But, after that if you open default Standard POD (workstation ), it will not opened. VMfg gives error 'The POD "" type of I does not exist. (Message 15924)'
Same problem when you login to VMfg and open Standard POD: POD open normally. After that open Integrated POD: this POD open normally. But when open Standard POD again, an error exists 'The POD "*" type of I does not exist. (Message 15924)'

you are right, when &WORKSTATION_TYPE=S is configured for standard POD and &WORKSTATION_TYPE=I for integrated POD, both PODs can be used in same session.
Also I noticed that if &WORKSTATION_TYPE=S is not configured for Standard POD, in first time when I open this POD, I got error. But when I reopen same Standard POD, it will open normally without errors. Why it works so?

Then I'd check the system drive, if it has problems.
To check your System drive boot into the Recovery Partition, see: OS X Lion: About Lion Recovery
Restart your Mac and hold down the Command key and the R key (Command-R), and keep holding them until the Apple icon appears, indicating that your Mac is starting up.
You will see a panel, where you can use Disk Utility to check your System Drive.

this usually happens when a user moves or deletes files in the finder - a sure way to upset iTunes.

Open up iTunes. Go to Store. Go to Account and sign in. Click on Purchase History. Find your purchase record.
