I am using the weather channel app and don't have any sound. The sound button is at a Hugh level. Can anyone help?

You havn't got notifications muted have you ? Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to notifications can be muted either by the switch on the right-hand side of the iPad or via the taskbar (whatever the switch is set to control, the other function is controlled via the left end of the taskbar). You can only update the iPad to iOS 5.1.1and you cannot go any higher. If you never updated that high, you can do so by using iTunes on your computer. You will have to connect the iPad to your computer with the cable and launch iTunes
You can read more here. Make sure that you read the section about using iTunes. The article starts off with using the Settings on the iPad for WiFi updates. That only works with the iPad 2 and higher that is already running iOS 5.

Using the 5th generation iPod. Purchased it a few months ago before the new one was launched. Yes the workout randomly ends when I am no where near the time or distance I have programmed in. I keep tried to restart the workout and the same thing keeps happening over and over again. I figured it may have been the headphones but I have even tried holding the headphone connection in place, and different headphones as well and it continues to happen.

Click on your account name in the top right corner of the iTunes store in the iTunes application on your computer, enter your password and click the "view account" button. Navigate to the Apple ID summary where you have the option to "change country or region".
In order to change your location, you will need a credit card registered to an address in the location you are trying to change to.
You cannot change your location if you have credit on your account, if you are unable to spend your credit and leave a balance of zero, contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. -
I deleted one of the email accounts from my i5 because I don't like all the password popups since upgradingto ios 7.2, and now ALL calendar entries are gone! I need them!!! Can anyone help?
Well you need to add the email account back to get the calendar entries. Transfer them to another email provider. Then delete the account you don't want.

Aloha! I bought an iPhone 5 sprint via ebay, it has an iCloud id that was used to previous user. I don't have any contact with the previous user. I want to delete that email or id account that is now existing in my cell phone.
Again, you wasted your money. You can ignore raymond73's post, as you won't be able to turn off Find My Phone or delete the iCloud account associated with this phone, without knowing that info.

Ever since I downloaded update 4.3, I don't have any external sound from the speakers. The phone rings fine and some sounds like the clock alarm works,
However I don't have any sound from any game app or apps like Pandora, I-Heart Radio etc. All apps work fine, when an external headset is plugged in.
I keep getting a message that says "THIS ACCESSORY IS NOT OPTIMIZED FOR THIS IPHONE. YOU MAY EXPERIENCE NOISE CAUSED BY CELLULAR INTERFERANCE AND A DECREASED IN CELLULAR SIGNAL STRENGTH.
I took the phone to the local Apple store and they said that it was the external phone jack. However when I took the phone in for repair, the technican said that it was a software problem.
I tried restoring my phone and it did not help. The repair tech said that I need to restore the software to a PRE 4.3 to verify that this will fix the problem.
The sound works fine when I plug in an external headset. The sound bars show up on the front screen. However when I remove the headphone, The sound bars no longer show up on the screen.I have a similar issue. Sound works okay but keep getting the app not optimized, you may experience a decrease in celluar strength. Verizon says it is a software issue. Apple says it is a hardware. Phone will niot synch to itunes to do any kind of reset.

Make sure you are using current iTunes on your computer. Click the iTunes Tab at the top of this page. Or try to Restore your iPhone with a different computer.

You might consider restoring to factory specs, as detailed in the booklet that shipped witht the machine, using the Setup Assistant on first boot, and then reinstalling those new programs. i've not moved pictures, so you could always give that a shot.

You do not need to involve Creative Cloud to install/try the trial version of CS5...
You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

Backing up to iCloud should have nothing to do with how your music plays. Try force-closing the misic app: from the home screen, double-tap the home button, locate Music in the list at the bottom, tap and hold it until it wiggles, tap to close it, tap the home button again. Try your music again.

Not a good sign. Try forcing the phone into recovery mode & restoring it. If this fails, make an appointment at an Apple store:
