I bought the Xperia ZR before a month and not even tried to dip it into water, i wonder the resistance charger cover automaticlly opens. please help me. i think being a new mobile i used it softly but however still its not at all fair.
Please provide me with a solution, whether i need to approach the service center.

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

-downloaded the newest version of mozilla
-happily went online for one day
-next day, browser does not load
-later the next day, browser doesn't even open up

Not a problem, Safe Mode will disable addons and hardware acceleration. If this continues and it is not an add on this will be the next step to try to disable acceleration:
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
#Open Firefox ''Options'' window (''Preferences'' on Mac or Linux) as follows:
#* In Firefox 29.0 and above, click the menu button [[Image:New Fx Menu]] and select ''Options'' for Windows or ''Preferences'' on Mac or Linux.
#* In Firefox 28.0 and previous versions, click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
#In the Firefox Options (or Preferences) window, click the ''Advanced'' tab, then select ''General''.
#In the settings list, you should find the ''Use hardware acceleration when available'' checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
#Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

Some of you may have read my previous posts about how unhappy I am with my zCover silicone skin. I hate it so much that I want to replace it. I was thinking about getting the speck toughksin so could anybody who has this tell me what they feel about this. Also is it silicone and does the silicone attract loads of dust, clothing bits etc? If anybody has got anything else that is durable, has a v good screen protector, can withstand quite alot and doesn't attract clothes and dust bits etc I would apprecicate hearing about those as well. Finally does anybody have the agent 18 case and whats it like and have you been able to get it from a UK/European site?

PippaSorry were you talking about the toughskin or zCover, if its the toughskin would you say that it is a problem and is something that is likely to damage the iPod ie scratch the screen. On my zCover it seems to pick up loads, not just dust but also, bits of cotton, and stuff from wherever it is.

I have more than 2500 pdf documents in my MacBookPro, but I can't open them with iBooks. I don't know what happens. The iBooks worked properly until my upgrade to Yosemite. Is now a problem using Yosemite?
Same issue! I open my PDF in iBooks 1.1, but it open with Preview.

For this issue AppleCare support told me to so a SMC reset as follows:
Power the machine OFF.
At the SAME TIME hold down the following buttons:
Shift
Control
Option
Power
Then release all buttons. Power up the Macbook and see if the trackpad button work.

It looks like your might have signed up for iTunes Match.

When you enable iTunes Match on your iOS device, the music library on your iOS device will be deleted and replaced with your music in iCloud.

What I suggest is that you move your music from your old laptop to your new one by following the steps below:

After that, you can then add iTunes match on your computer, or turn off iTunes Match on your iPhone, and then sync your iPhone as you would normally with your new computer.

I purchased an audiobook in Nov 2012 using iPhone 4S and then upgraded to iPhone 5 in Dec. Now I am not seeing the audio book in purchase history in iTunes. This means I am not able to get the book in my new iPhone. Please help.
Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store. - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
