If you can access the device: Tap Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Settings.
If you can't do that then you need to Restore it as New:

let the device charge for at least ten minutes to ensure that the battery has some
charge, and then start with step 2 again.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen.

Photos/videos in the Camera Roll are not synced. Photos/videos in the Camera Roll are not touched with the iTunes sync process. Photos/videos in the Camera Roll can be imported by your computer which is not handled by iTunes. Most importing software includes an option to delete the photos/videos from the Camera Roll after the import process is complete. If is my understanding that some Windows import software supports importing photos from the Camera Roll, but not videos. Regardless, the import software should not delete the photos/videos from the Camera Roll unless you set the app to do so.
Photos/videos in the Camera Roll are included with your iPhone's backup. If you synced your iPhone with iTunes before the videos on the Camera Roll went missing and you haven't synced your iPhone with iTunes since they went missing, you can try restoring the iPhone with iTunes from the iPhone's backup. Don't sync the iPhone with iTunes again and decline the prompt to update the iPhone's backup after selecting Restore. -
I have downloaded MAMP for Mac and want to use it for working with Wordpress. I'm on an Imac with Maverick OS 10.9. I had mysql installed before this and would like to uninstall it and use MAMP. It was easy to turn off Apache and PHP but don't know how to uninstall mysql. Please help!!
It depends on how you installed it. You have to shutdown the MySQL service first. If you used the standard, but obsolete Startup Item, you can do that with the Startup Item. If you created a launchd script, you can do it with launchctl. Once MySQL is no longer running, you can delete the Startup Item or launchd script and the rest of MySQL.

I am running windows 7, firefox 4 v6, and AFP 10.1. I have tried reinstalling AFP and upgrading to the firefox beta. I first experienced this after installing ADP 10.1 and have uninstalled that program until I can resolve this issue.Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Advanced tab.
Click Delete All under Browsing Data and Settings
Click Check Now to make sure the currently installed Flash plugin is up to date. -

When reinstalling Firefox from a download, Firefox must be down once the installation starts. When the installation finishes, don't let the install start firefox for you. Instead end the install and start Firefox in your normal manner, thus preventing creating a new profile which does not have your bookmarks cookies, etc (but your old profile would still be around and would). -

No one here can help you, & Apple can't/won't help you. Fact is, there is no way to get that iPhone officially unlocked. Only Softbank can authorize the official unlocking of your phone, but they won't. Softbank does not offer official unlocking for any iPhone.

I have FB4 and Flash Pro CS5 installed and get the message "This feature requires Adobe Flash CS5"
Hi,
I have installed both FB4 and Flash CS5 as trial versions. I installed FB4 as a plugin into eclipse Gallileo and then installed CS5. When trying to create a new Flash Project in Eclipse I get the message "This feature requires Adobe Flash CS5 or higher to be installed.", although CS5 is installed.
I tried reinstalling FB4 but it didn't help.
If FB4 is installed as standalone, then its eclipse IDE has no problem creating new Flash Projects.
Any idea why the plugin doesn't detect my Flash Pro CS5 installation?

I have FB4 and Flash Pro CS4 installed and get the message "This feature requires Adobe Flash CS5"
I have intalled CS4 Design Premium and Flash Builder 4 (the trial version). According to this Adobe
training video they should work together "http://tv.adobe.com/watch/adc-presents/flash-builder-4-and-flash-professional-cs4-workflow /".
However, when i try to create Flash Professional component for use in Flex as specified in the the workflow video to (i.e. copy a .fla to
Flex Project lib directory or drag "custom" Flash Professional component onto state to link to Flash Pro) - I get the "This feature requires Adobe Flash CS5"
error mesage.

Anyway, I have tried deleting the cache, deleting my pics and then re-syncing, etc. and nothing is working This is very frustrating, as I had no problems up until about 2 weeks ago, and now all of a sudden, I have this issue......UGH! -
I have uploaded my photos from my trip to iphoto from my iphone and the folder is still there until events and photos but the photos are nowhere to be found. Please help!!

What versionn of iPhoto and of the OS?
the folder is still there until events and photos
What does this mean? In iPhoto folders are organizational elements adn can not hold photos - folders hold other folders and albums (in the source pane on the left)
Are you photos in the last import list?

Cleaned files and apps with "app cleaner" and now MacBook Air turns off during start up. What happens? What can I do? Please help
The "app cleaner" managed to do bad things to the file system so that it is unable to boot any longer.
This is the primary reason I always recommend that any of those so called "cleanup" apps never be used. They do more harm then good.
Try a safe boot by holding down the shifgr key when you hear the boot chime. Maybe that can fix the damage.
Let us know what happens.

Sorry for the confusion....now it says format not supported........ when this all started a week or two ago it said not authorized when I tried to play it from the Apple TV, but at least it was on the apple tv........since i reset the apple tv...
