I auth 3 computers; on one of them, suddenly, iTunes does not mount the iPhone

Up to know I was able to sync to either one or the other= no problem; now one mounts in Explorer (hence the driver is OK) but it is not recognised in iTunes. But why this one?? I noticed that the Apple Mobile service launch and closes on the spot. Other 2 are still OK... so I can sync you would say.....
I have iphone 4 v 4.3.3 and the latest iTunes , on Win7 Premium
and a subsidiary question : when I sync Outlook 2010 Notes (not contact or calendar notes, just NOTES) where it goes on my iPhone ??

All that you can do if you have a "rule" for the MacBook Air is delete the current "rule" save the settings, then update AirPort Utility. Then, go back into AirPort Utility and set up the MacBook Air "rule" again.
If the MacBook Air does not have a "rule" at all, then there is not much that you can do other than trash all of the Timed Access settings for the network, then set everything else up again. That is a lot of work, but it did correct things when I had the same kind of issue that you describe.

We prepared simple Word Press web site. We used a Revolution slider plugin with HTML5 video layer. It works properly on Chrome, Safari, older Mozilla FF.
But we had a problem on PC computers with FF 29.0 30.0 – after reinstall of browser everthing seems to be OK. The slider works. Unfortunately even the reinstallation on Mac computers does not help. There is no visible video on Mac FF 30.0.
We are looking for some information what we can do to solve this problem. Could you help?

They only thing I can assume is that my external hard drive was slow to start and iTunes defaulted to its old directory (see the last paragraph at the link above). However, once my external was recognized shouldn't everything have fixed itself?

It sounds like you might have broken links to your content. Either repair these by putting the files you've recovered where iTunes expects to find them or delete the broken entries then go to iTunes Store > Purchased > Music > Not on This Computer, and click the download links.

If I choose a Theme for the appearance of my Gmail Inbox, using my Dell Inspiron computer running on Windows 7, the new Theme appears on my other computer running on XP, but not on my Dell!
On my Dell, all the messages in the Inbox are separated by a black line, in fact yjere are many black lines and no colors shown on the Windows 7 Dell. This was not there from the beginning, but came about z week ago.

It's possible that you are having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

Windows hides some file extensions by default.
Among them are .html and .ini and .js and .txt, so you may only see file name without file extension.
You can see the real file type (file extension) in the properties of the file via the right-click context menu in Windows Explorer.

iTunes used to open automatically when I connect my Ipod but now it does not although I did not change anything to my system.
In place of iTunes I now have the Windows 7 choice dialog in which iTunes does not appear.
How come?

Okay. Head to the Start menu and choose the *Control Panel* and when it comes up choose *Hardware and Sound* from the list of options. Next choose *Change default settings for media or devices*. Scroll down to the bottom where you will find an entry for Apple iPod. Go ahead and change its action to "Take no Action." Any luck there?
I'm not quite sure why iTunes isn't opening upon connection, but we'll see where we can take this. I would start with removing iTunes and re-installing again using these instructions.

It's the newest version of iTunes, latest version of Mac OS (in fact, just installed leopard snow). I tried restarting both iphone and computer. Any advice?

Have you found a way to fix this problem? I have reinstalled iTunes, rebooted my computer and phone, checked for conflicts in msconfig and all to no avail. My phone is not recognized by my computer or by iTunes. The phone still launches iTunes when the phone is placed in the cradle. The phone is also visible , and it is also visible on My Computer, but it can't be opened to view pictures. It is very frustrating. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Roland UM-ONE CD-ROM does not mount on iMac OS 10.8.2 Roland driver for 10.8 installed as directed. No power ready light shows when connecting UM-ONE. System Profiler shows it, but not configured. Older UM-1X works fine. UM-ONE works on Dell Windows XP.

Roland supplied CD-ROM does not mount or read by iMac OS 10.8.2, works with old TiBook and Dell laptop, however.
Got latest driver from RolandUS.com (um_1mx8d_v100), installed as directed.
No power ready light shows when connecting UM-ONE.
System Profile shows it there, but not configured.
With Audio MIDI Setup opened to MIDI Studio window, UM-ONE does not appear.
Tried many things without success. Tried swapping UM-1X (formerly on Dell laptop) with UM-ONE. UM-ONE installed and worked there without any issues. MIDI instrument communicates fine.
The UM-1X works without complaint and as expected when connected to any USB port on either the Dell or iMac, even a hub or keyboard port, just as it formerly had before changing operating systems, etc. It is old, but reliable.
Upshot is, for now, that UM-1X works with either the Dell or the iMac, but is currently attached to the iMac. UM-ONE (2011 model) only works with the Dell (Windows XP).

You should be able to call the iPad using your Apple ID from the iPhone. When calling from iPad use the iPhone's phone number to initiate the call.
