How to complain to Apple about this company and how to get a formally answer for problem with Apple agent in Kuwait??

You did not buy your iphone from an Apple store.  No Apple employee sold you anything.
Your complaint is not with Apple.  You bought from an unauthorized seller.  Your complain is with that seller.
As you have been told more than once, Apple has nothing to do with this.

  • Attention! About problems with Oracle 8.1.6 on newer Linux distributions!!

Hello all, I've just got some feedback from a helful person at http://www.crunge.com/ about the problems concerning RedHat Linux 7.0 and Oracle 8.1.6, this MAY apply to other newer linux distributions.
    I've tried, without luck, to install Oracle on RedHat 7.0 and Slackware 7 (the newest one), and it would not install properly, kept stopping right about when the database initialization started at 80% finished install procedure. Sp i wrote them a mail, not expecting an answer really, but I did got an answer, and below is what the person said;
    Thanks for the feedback.
Oracle 8.1.6 does not work under Red Hat Linux 7. Yes, that's the problem
that I mentioned in the doc--you get to 80% and the DBCA crashes and the
    Oracle executables die.
I've heard, but I haven't tried it myself, that if you install the latest
glibc errata (2.1.94) then the DBCA completes but the Oracle executables
still die. The DBCA problem was apparently a Java issue that is fixed in
the errata. But you're still out of luck since the exes won't work.
It might appear that this is a problem with Red Hat Linux 7. But it appears
that it is a problem with some assumptions that Oracle made, assumptions
that worked with glibc 2.1.3 (the C library included with RHL 6.2) but which
prove false with later glibc versions. As other Linux distributions adopt
the new glibc Oracle will fail to work on them as well.
The best advice I can give at this point is to install and run Oracle on
Red Hat Linux 6.2. Hopefully Oracle will address the glibc issues with the
    8.1.7 release.
    Chris
    p.s. Do not construe this
as an official Red Hat response; I merely forwarded your e-mail from my
home account. This response and the web pages I put up are mine.
So i guess one sollution to the problem is to try a bit older version of the linux you are having problems with (i tried it on RH 6.1 and it worked like a dream).
Another solution can be to wait it out to check and see if Oracle put a fix out here on technet...?
Hope this helps people bogged down in fustration.

Hey all. Just to let you know that it is entierly possible to get Oracle to install under RedHat 7 and run happily. I have done it on two differenct machines. There is a bit of fooling with glibc to get it to work. However after you do that it works like a dream. VALinux has a work around posted at: http://ftp.valinux.com/pub/support/hjl/glibc/sdk/2.1/
The READEME.Oracle8i has the work around and the two tar balls are the necessary files. I followed the directions to the letter and they worked like a dream. Any questions feel free to drop me a line.

OK, so i followed your instructions to the letter (several times), sure I get past the 80% bug but now I have new erros coming up , -"Error in invoking target install of makefile /usr/oracle/sqlplus/lib/ins_sqlplus.mk". I get a whole series of these errors for various mk files. These errors apear during the link phase of the install, prior to the glibc workaround I was not getting this. I am a newbie to Linux and trying to give it a serious go but so far I have had little luck
    Any help appreciated.

  • STILL no real answer to problems with QuickTime and Flash Player

The reply to Problems with QuickTime really didn't answer or solve the basic problem. Some sites to work at all require you to have working Flash Player 8 so when I try to use these sites I get the QuickTime logo with a question mark and then nothing. For all you experts on Apple and Mac; what is going on? Apple is the parent of QuickTime and I assume they want their customers happy with their work. So why is it so hard for these apparently small updates to their programs causing entire sites being blocked off? I have OS x 10.3.9 on a G4 iMac 855mHrz .... It seems that even though we, the customer by default become Apples program testers;the actual programers are never given the go ahead to actualy look at these problem posts. Has anyone ever gotten a solution for a problem they posted here from one of the programmers of the product? It would be nice to know we aren't left to our own devices when it comes to program gliches from the source. If the powers that be in apple are watching and willing to help; any time now is a good time to just but in on the conversation and help solve some of the problems us little people keep on running into.--------------
While online I run into sites that will NOT work without Flash Player 8 (which costs over $150.00) which is told to the viewer with a QuickTime logo with a question mark in it.
This leads the web surfer to try to upgrade or at least investigate Flash Player in their computer and it's version. When said web surfer looks at Flash player upgrade for bucks and the fact that in some way it is tied to QuickTime, web surfer gets real curious. Do the web masters for those sites know that their site is now blocked off? If any major portion ( say 30 or 40 % ) of the web surfing crowd is required to purchase an upgrade to Flash Player even though it doesn't look like Apple is the parent of said Flash Player; those web masters are going to be upset with Apple. Their income is tied to actuall access and browsing of a site, even if it is only to actually just get the Home page. With no access to the site due to no Flash Player 8, the web master is going to find those all important Hits going down to nil. -------
This post is way to broad for any one answer so I don't really expect one. But for you people who have run into similar problems with other programs and sites; I would love to hear if you got any help from other web surfers or from the parent people of those programs and/or sites. I know that my isp earthlink has helped out with problems faster than other groups involved. Anyway.. Any help or comment on this post ( or gripe if you prefer ) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry, but you are completely misinformed. Flash Player 8 doesn't cost one red cent; it's only the Flash creation package that you have to pay for. You can download the free Flash Player 8 here.
QuickTime can natively handle some Flash content, which is why with the lack of the Flash player the browser defaults to the QT plugin. But Flash 8 is a relatively new format from Macromedia and I'm not sure QT supports it yet. Install the Flash 8 player and things should work just fine.
And just FYI, for questions about the Mac version of QuickTime, you'll be better off asking them in the QuickTime for Mac forum.

  • I have an answer to problem with flash drives

The problem with a flash drive that an iMAC does not know you plugged in is the length of the part going into the computer is too short even though it worked just fine on a PC for years. Those that do not work have a length of about 3/8 inch of the metal part while those that work just fine have a length of about  1/2 inch. The  1/2 inch is longer than what will go completely in, but it works great. My 1/2 inch long flash drives were from Sony. When you see flash drives in a store the metal part that is so important is covered by the cap,  bigmyron

Thanks. I tried this but contacts won't turn on in iCloud. When I turn it on the merge screen comes up I press merge and it just reverts to main screen and does not stay on.

  • Hp Deskjet 3525 problem with 364 ink - misleading information

I've bought original 364 ink. 364 ink because after Printer installation in my Operation system i have "HP Deskjet 3520 series" Printer plus Printer Software is identifying it as 3520 series Printer.
Keeping it in mind I bought Ink 364 for 3520 Printer but this ink is identified as "incorrect cartridge", after detailed investigation I've discovered that on the bottom side of Printer i have small label with information that my printer is 3525 model, after further investigation it appears that i need different kind of INK.
OFC I'm unable to replace already opened INK in the place where i bought it.
FYI even driver for 3525 printer is named 3520.
Question: Is there a way to activate 364 Ink in my 3525 Printer ? or the only way is to buy another INK (655)
    This question was solved.
    View Solution.

    Hello Milosz123,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I am sorry to hear about the confusing information regarding which inks need to be used in your Deskjet ink Advantage 3525. From the information I have been able to find, the inks used are the same.
There could however be a different number depending on the region or location you bought / use the printer.
Try the steps outlined here: 'Incompatible Ink Cartridge' or 'Ink Cartridge Must Be Replaced' Message Displays on the Control Pan.... If those steps are unsuccessful, I would then suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you.

  • Continuing problem with 21 XL cartridge

I bought a 21 XL cartridge for my PSC 1410 a week ago. First for one print everything worked fine. The next time I tried to print it showed the "low ink level" appeared and I followed the instructions on the website http://h41112.www4.hp.com/promo/21xl-info/uk/en/trigger.html and ignored it. But I could not just continue printing as sugested on the website. The red LED-light kept on blinking, the display sowed "E" for empty. After several laptop restarts, taking the cartridges out and puting them in again and dis-and reconecting the USB cable I could print again this morning. But now that I restarted my laptop again the same problem occured and I can't seem to fix it. The warning is also shown in another design as the website suggests. It is very very annoying and timeconsuming!!!
I'm glad for any info/tips!Thanks in advance!

I am having the same problem with the 7500 All in One.
The color ink is great. THe XL black isn't printing. I am ging to get a regular black ink tomorrow and see if that works.

  • A problem with the ink cartidge

    Hello,
I'm from Israel so some of the things I'm gonna say are translated from hebrew. My printer is "HP psc 1315 all-in-one". About a week ago I changed ink cartidges, and they worked fine until yesterday. Yesterday, for some reason I had an error on my computer telling me that I need to straighten my ink cartidges - but when I press on the button in order to straighten them, it doesn't do anything but move to the next message as if it was straightened. In my printer, next to "check of ink cartidge", there is a flickering red light, and next to "copies" it says "E". Anyway, it doesn't let me print anything right now.
I tried some stuff, such as the options I saw on the computer regarding the printer, and some physical stuff like moving with my hands the ink cartidges and even removing the printer's plug from the outlet. All of these didn't help.
What can I do in order to get my printer printing again?

Try the troubleshooting steps here., especially the part about cleaning the cartridge contacts.

  • Question about problem with HP LaserJet P1102

    Hello,
My name is Mariya. When we bought our printer I set it very good and it worked properly. The problem is sometimes I bring it to duty and use the printer there. One day I could not set the printer on my job and did something where was written to do the changes manually. The printer had worked then. The problem is when I came back at home and when I decided to print on my HP printer
    1. It became so **bleep** slow
    2. SInce then when I want to print something, before printing there is a sign said "HP printer is in an error state" and even though 10 sec. later the printer print the desired.
    3. When the printer is pluged on every 10 sec. there is a strange sound which it comes out, I don't know what is it.
I hope you can hel me!
    Thank you in advance!

    Hi @mariatsvet,
I see that you are having issues with the printer printing slow and it is making a strange sound. I will certainly do my best to help you.
Make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (don't use a power hub or a surge protector) This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
    Remove and reinsert the toner.
Try and print a hardware self test on the printer to find out if it is a hardware or software issue.
    Printing a Configuration Page.
Restart the Print Spooler and clear out the spool folder.
Hold down the Windows Logo key () on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the run box, type Services.msc .
Double-click Printer Spooler in the Services list.
Click on the Stop button and click OK.
Hold down the Windows Logo key () on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the run box, type"%WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers, then delete all files in this folder.
Go back to services by holding down the Windows Logo key () on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the run box, type Services.msc again.
Double-click Printer Spooler in the Services list.
Click on the Start button. In the Start up Type list, make sure that Automatic is selected and click OK.
    Try printing again.
Did the hardware test page print fast?
Let me know how the printer connected so I can provide the proper instructions. (USB/Wireless)
