I backed up my i-pad and got the 4005,4013,4014 failure code.  It now shows the cord with i-tunes symbol, won't restore. now what?

I backed up my i-pad4 to my itunes via pc.  I-pad now had i-tunes symbol and cord on screen.  I am unable to restore system.  I have the newsest version of i-tunes and have turned off firewall so it would reload.  Any ideas to get it to restore?

I went back to iOS 7 and my backup file is restoring but when its done nothing is on my phone still and only takes 11-15 minutes to restore the backup instead of taking 25+ minutes like usual so I guess the backup is corrupted. How can I fix this?
