I Believe my iPad has a keystroke logger. It is the only way I have accessed my online banking which has been hacked.

my iPad is not jail broken, never has been.
only accessing bank using my home wifi network which is password protected.

I'd contact bank and turn off internet access to your account. I might even change banks. I know this would be a pain, but do not know what to do.
Read through all the stuff below to increase security, but forgoing internet access to your account is the only way to be sure.
I do not use Internet banking. Everyone is being hacked these days. I have remote access to one of my bank accounts, but cannot do much but look at my account. I have a discover card and Discover lets me take out $80 in cash for free when I am at the grocery store. I use a credit card for every payment that I can.
As someone said earlier, you could reload the software on your iPad.
You could try a different browser, like Chrome. In your situation, I'd recommend using another browser. ios is sandboxed so in theory, no other application should be able to access the data in Safari. That said, there is a lot of malware associated with web sites these days. Perhaps, Safari picked up some junk. Pick another web browser. Use it with only your bank and that's it.
Restore to factory settings by loading the latest version of ios that your machine will support:
   Do a full backup of your device. Twice is best -- cloud and computer.
While I recommend backing up, I do not recommend using the backup to reload things on your iPad. Do everything manually.

You should be able to copy iTunes purchases over to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases. It's a scam. They are trying to make you buy something you don't need.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just cancelling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

Tv shows on iPad but not in Library-how to remove...

I have a MacBook Pro running Mavericks and iTunes 11.4. I have 5 tv shows that are showing up on my iPad but they are not in the Library and I deleted them from the Finder. But they show up on the iPad under tv shows. They aren't highlighted so I can't delete or uncheck them. How do I get rid of them off my iPad? In fact I just looked at the tv shows actually on my iPad and there are several I want to get rid of but I don't know how if they aren't in my iTunes Library..... If they show in the iPad's Videos app and they don't have the cloud icon against them then you should be able to delete them directly in the Videos app - either via the Edit button at the top right of the TV Programme selection screen, or if you select a series you should be able to swipe/drag across an episode from right-to-left and that should revel a Delete button. Or you can do it via Settings > General > Usage > (then Manage Storage under the 'Storage' heading if on iOS 8) Videos - that should also give a Delete button top right, or select a series to delete individual episodes.
If they have the cloud icon against them in Videos then they are in the cloud - you can turn off the showing of videos that are in the cloud via Settings > iTunes & App Store > Videos (under 'show all') 'off'. If you've streamed them from the cloud on your iPad then they might be using space, so check the Usage section as above (and delete them from there if they show).

As has already been pointed out, that's not Mac malware.
From your description, I'm guessing that you're seeing a pop-up window in your web browser that has no close box and no buttons for dismissing it. This is not malware, simply a nasty JavaScript on a web site. That pop-up may very well be part of an attempt to install malware on your computer, but you aren't using Windows, so it won't affect you.
If this guess is correct, force-quit your browser according to the instructions that have already been given. Then, start your browser again while holding the shift key. This will prevent the browser from trying to re-load the pages that were open when you forced it to quit.

An iPad can neither receive or send an SMS since that technology is part of voice cellular service. There are some third-party apps in the iTunes Store that can send SMS messages (a server run by the app developer bridges between the Internet and a cell service to send the message) but I have no direct experience with them to offer any recommendations.
As to the other question, if you have iMessage set up on the iPad and you use that Apple ID to send and receive, then yes, that person will see all your messages. If you don't want them to see your messages, you'll need to set up a different Apple ID to use with iMessages.
