I bought a film on my ipad and got my ipad stolen but when i see purchsed movies on my macbook pro i cant see them. and when i try to download it it say u have to puchase it. any suggestion??

Films are currently a one-time only download except in the US where some film studios are allowing them to be re-downloaded. You can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will let you re-download them for free : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store

Hello i just bought an iPod Nano 7th gen and it got crushed the same day. Can i get a replacement?

I went to walmart and bought a 16 gb silver nano 7th gen. Upon paying for it i regretfully said no when they offered me insurance or w/e it is. So i go home, charge it and upload my music to it and head out to the gym.
Now i know most of you are gonna think i crushed it with some weights but nope. When i finished my workout i left and got on my car. When i closed the door it bounced back and i heard a crush. I look down and it appears the ipod fell out of my pocket and it got destroyed. It still turns on but the mteal is bent, the screen is all tiny shards of glass and the image behind the glass is all messed up now.
A little vent here but i honestly have the worst luck ever.
Now is it possible to get a replacement somehow?

HT1338 I just bought a brand new mac mini, and finally got it authorized for itunes. I purchased some tv programs and now it is telling me I canʻt play them because my monitor doesnʻt support HDCP... I am using a 30inch mac monitor...

Any ideas how to get this working? I donʻt have money to go buy a new monitor...

Unfortunately HDCP is a technical requirement for the playback of some movie formats, for example Blu-ray. If your monitor does offer this, make sure your cabling and connection type also supports it. If your monitor doesn't offer this, I'm afraid you may have to consider buying a new or additional monitor. Any other suggestions I could make are not permitted on this forum, I'm afraid.
I have this problem too. I have a 2005/2006 Apple Cinema Display that's still in perfect working order, but doesn't have support HDCP. I had to find an alternative way of playing back my blu-rays.

I have an Apple tv and an iPad. When watching films on my iPad, I switch to apple tv. Thereafter I only get sound on my 'HD ready Sharp' tv and the visuals remain on the iPad. Can anyone help resolve this problem.

I have an just recently bought sn apple tv. When watching a film on my iPad, I switch to watching the programme via my apple tv on my connected 'sharp hd ready' tv. Once connected, onmy tv I only get sound and the visuals remains on my iPad. I have checked my airplay which is on but I have not set a password. Checked all other settings on my tv and I'm unable to determine what to do next.

Websites and third party Apps need enabling before they will allow AirPlay of Video content. Some Website/App developers have not enabled their products, some simply haven't got around to it yet, others have stated that they won't be enabling AirPlay (likely as a result of licensing issues).
If you have an iPad 2 or better, you may be able to mirror these videos.

Movies work differant than TV shows, music and apps. With movies, to get them from one device such as an iPod Touch to an iPad, you would need to connect the Touch to your computer first and in iTunes under the file menu, hit transfer purchases. Next connect the iPad and you can sync the movie to the iPad.
While the iPad is connected to the computer, in iTunes, click on the iPad in the left pane and when the screen loads, click movies and from there, you can select the movie that you want to sync.

And they were definitely purchased from the iTunes store, they show on the account's purchase history (Store > View Account on a computer's iTunes, or you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com) ?
You could potentially log into the account on that computer's iTunes (Store > Sign Out to log out of your account, that will then change to a Store > Sign In option) and redownload them by clicking on the id towards the top right of the iTunes screen and Purchased on the popup :

Or do you have a different computer that you could redownload them on and then copy them over to that computer via a flash drive or memory card, and then add them to its iTunes via File > Add To Library ?

iPads sync to 1 computer only.
All media and apps are tied to the Apple ID that purchased them.
Without your relatives ID and password, you cannot update any of the Apps.
I am pretty certain he is also violating Apples terms of service by giving you the apps.

I got my ipad stolen and I locked it and bought a new one. When I am offline and someone tries to call me or message me it goes to my stolen ipad how can this be if it has been locked? Why do they still have access to my contacts/facetime/messages?

I got my Ipad stolen one month ago and bought a new. I locked the stolen one but now everytime someone calls me and my new ipad is offline the calls or messages will go to the stolen one. It is kind of creepy to know that my thiefs can read everything and send messages on my behalf to my contacts.....I have done the find my iphone application and it says that the ipad has not been used however I have family tell me that people that are not me answer the calls... I have also seen messages in my new ipad that I did not write.

ah this is a simple fix. open itunes go to store on the top menu bar and click store. scroll down and click
"Authorize this computer" fill in the info requested and there u have it.
