I bought 3g 16gb 31 days before june 8 2009 annoncment of new 3gs and new $
I bought the 3g 16gb for $299 iPhone exactly 31 days ago from June 8 2009 when they announced the new 3gs and the new 3g prices. I bought it bc there where talks of apple annoucing an upgrade in June , they never mentioned a new phone. The 3g is now selling for $199 16gb. Is there any way I can get a rebate or upgrade without spending a ridiculus amount of money?
Good luck, im in the same situation ( 38 days ) i think its very bad customer service that they didnt tell me that there where a new phone comming out when i signed up and got mine, they ( at&t ) claim they didnt know, wich i think is BS !! Im very dissapointed.

I bought an ipad2 5 days before my mum. Mine started to set up from the minute I switched it on. However my mums what a nightmare. After many hours of trying to solve the problem and searching the Internet we took it back to the shop. This one had to have iclouds downloaded from iTunes. Was told that they are the same? When you looked at the boxes the discription on the back was different and mine had a tiny silver cloud sticker on it which ment it didn't have to down load th iOS soft ware from iTunes. I wish I had known at the time that there was 2types out there as I would have asked for my mums to be the same as mine. Not happy.
Sounds like one unit had iOS 5, the other had iOS 4. Unfortunately it happens that some units are shipped from the factory at different times with different Operatin Systems installed.

As it should have been transferred to your computer when you synced, you can contact itunes support and ask for an exception.

Do you really mean an iMac2? If you do you're about 10 years too late in wanting to return it. I guess if you do have an iMac2 then it makes sense you posted on the iMac(PPC) forum since this one is for models at least 6 years old. -

If you bought CS6, then there is no upgrade. CS6 is the last standalone version. whether or not you may be entitled to some CC discounts, if you want to go that route, is only something sales support can tell you. If they're feeling generous, they may give you one or two months completely free, but realyl, you have to contact them....

Some time ago, I attempted to download 2 episodes of Criminal Minds tv show. It downloaded for 2 days before I realized it. I stopped and tried to delete both episodes after several more efforts with the same result. Every time I ANYTHING now, those same two episodes show up again and start to download again! I can't make them go away! I have successfully deleted songs and audiobooks over the last year, but these tv shows won't stop downloading and delete. Any suggestions. Thanks - danafromcripplecreek.

I Call Apple customer Care,on this number 1800 4250 744 , they cut off the phone hearing the "replacement" word of ipad-3 to ipad-4. This is the worst customer care support. One of Apple Customer care executive said ipad-4 still not launch from where you heard this? He said yesterday on 24 october 2012 at 10:30Pm from India Time.

There is no "unfair trade" in releasing the next version soon after the last version. No "unfair trade" in releasing the new version the day after the last version. No one made any statement or guarantee that a new version would be a year away. Yes, most people who bought the "iPad 3" expected it would be a year before another release and, yes, some (or many) were not happy about the iPad 4 coming out so soon. There may have been some trust or love lost beween those consumers and Apple but there is nothing illegal or improper about it.

Have you went to Settings>General Time&Date and correct the time. Make sure the time zone is correct too. Also go to Settings>General>Inernational and make sure the Gergorian calender is selected.

I'm sorry, but these replies have been ludicrous. To actually answer your question, I would think they would honour their usual 14-day return policy, but you would need to speak with Apple directly.
As to the whole "which is better" debacle, there is no doubt that Final Cut Pro 7 is the more polished and fleshed out piece of editing software, and what everyone is most familiar with to boot. But let's be honest, what do you expect for software that is ten years old versus three days. The fact of the matter is that pretty much everyone editing with Apple's software in the not so distant future is going to be editing on Final Cut Pro X, hands down. It's fundamentally that much better. You nay-sayers out there, if you don't switch to Adobe or Avid, you will go to FCP X! There is a reason for that, and there will be an even stronger reason for that with every update. People don't seem to understand that.
In your situation, if you don't own either, it makes a whole lot more sense to me for you to just roll with the hiccups FCP X brings if you can at all handle it. If not, you are going to spend $999 now on FCS 3 and another $400 in the near future when you decide to take the leap. Is there something worth $1000 to you in FCS 3 that FCP X doesn't offer? If so, then great, go ahead. It's an amazing piece of software. If not, enjoy the head start on what editing is going to look like for the next ten years.
