so I bought a 50 euro Itunes card, i go home try to activate it via my ipod Itunes store
it says it is not activated the right way and i can't use it?? whats up???
how can it be activated??

If you purchased the card from a retailer, you will have to go back to that retailer and get them to correctly activate the card.

Normally what you should do is go back the retailer from whom you purchased the card and discuss the problem with them. They should either correctly activate the card or give you a new one. Since you have no receipt, though, it's unlikely that Target will help you, so go here:
iTunes Support
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

You did not ruin the phone, you will need a sim card to activate the phone and then connect the phone to itunes and do a restore from back up.
