I bought a CS5 creative suite design standard on the company of my husband 2 years ago. Is it possible to transfer the licence to another company? Is the transfer 'free' of charges of is there a price to pay with a transfer?

Please see Transfer an Adobe product license for information about transferring your CS5 license to another company. I don't believe that there is a fee involved--but both parties need to complete some paperwork, as outlined in that document.

Was the FCS on your old machine an upgrade? You will need to enter your original, full version serial first, and then you will be prompted for the upgrade serial number.

Why don't you call support again and ask if you can have a copy of the discs with your serial number? I don't know if there is a small fee but I prefer to have discs than a download. Then you can try reinstalling.

Creative Suite: Design Standard CS 6 will not sign in and activate

Creative Suite: Design Standard will not activate. I have registered the product and have an Adobe ID. This is a reinstall since I have got a new compute and trashed my old one.
It just says I have no internet connection which is untrue - any help???

I was opening Illustrator in CS4 design standard. Odd too, because the error comes up with it showing missing plugins from Photoshop. I opened Photoshop first, then Illustrator to see if it changed anything. Yes, One of the two error messages for a plugin was gone.
To remove apps I went to the Adobe website to redownload my standard CS4 and chose "uninstall".. So I did. Restarts x 2 . Then Reopening illustrator...same thing again. Restarted, then went to Disky Utlity and cleaned up something off of it as per a internet suggestion...Sorry, it's been a long day alreay. Not me removing anything, just allowing it to do that with repairing.
The version of Mac OS is YOSEMITE 10.10.2 .
I recently updated!!! oooh nooooo! (every watch Mr. Bill on SNL?) so if the updated OS is the culprit, do I have to go back to older version for my apps to work? I never realized how very much I use Illustrator. I know there are extensions I could go through one at a time....seriously I am overwhelmed with some life events that make this computer dilema almost too much of a challenge for me at this time..I am truly grateful for your help. Those requirements are go way beyond what PDF forms can do and are meant for, some of them would require involving other programs or are mutually exclusive and contradictory. You are wasting your time even thinking about doing this as an "offline" PDF form. Simply sign up for an online forms/ survey service like FormsCentral or Surveymonkey.

Already used 2 different Adobe IDs, same problem with both IDs.

Launch fail on any CS6 creative suite design standard product

Hi,
Each time i try to launch any CS6 creative suite design standard product, i see the start windows and it close after one second.
I try to :
-Temporarily disable plug-ins,
-Re-create preferences,
-Disable Compatibility Mode,
-Disable startup items and services,
-Log in using a new local administrative user account,
-Delete all Adobefnt*.lst files,
-Troubleshoot font issues,
But nothing works.
It was working since one year, but suddenly : nothing !
my Pc is under Windows seven.
I Hope you can help me.

I had Creative Suite Design Premium innstalled on my computer at work. I have uninnstalled and would like to try design standard. Now my computer asking for password for the Premium version when I trying to use the trial version. Can anyone help?

It is most likely asking for your administrative password. Enter your password and then the installer should be able to complete.
