I bought a ebook yesterday my adobe id will not work

I bought a ebook and on my macbook i didn't put my adobe id. So the ask for:
E-book leverancier, because i want to put my name in it, but this does not work
So Bol.com where i bought the e-book told me to contact Adobe for help. I want my adobe id on bought adobe digital edition, so i can always look in this book. How must i change it on my macbook where no adobe id.
Or must i install again and delete the adobe digital edition or can i change something.
Can somebody help me and tell me how to change it to my id.

That is correct. Adobe Reader is intended for viewing PDF files, not for playing games. Perhaps you are thinking of Adobe Flash Player?

Adobe suddenly will not work

Adobe Reader will not work now. It will not let me delete files and will not recognize programs I am downloading in PDF format. It worked last week but not now. What happened ? Btw I can install,uninstall and delete and download other file types so this is so with.

I've tried everything I can think of including resetting network settings, resetting the phone as a new phone but nothing works. When connected to the pc it shows on the iphone screen '1 connection' but the pc says 'no internet connection' I've spoken to three who say it must be a phone fault. Any help appreciated. :-)

Adobe CS2 will not work in Leopard

Did you know *_Adobe CS2 will not work in Leopard?_* I found out the hard way that Leopard doesn't cost $129; It's $729, because CS2 will not work so you need to upgrade to CS3. This is straight from Adobe support (albeit in Manilla). I can find no documentation on either site that warns you not to upgrade to Leopard if you're running CS2. I am dead in the water until CS3 arrives. Nice move Apple and Adobe. I usually like to get kissed first.

I'm using Adobe Photohsop CS1 and it is working. There are a couple of little glitches, but nothing major. And whenever there is a major system upgrade you can ALWAYS figure there are some things that are going to break, which is why it is a good plan to install a new system on a new drive or second partition. AFAIK the things that don't work and will never work are Photoshop 7 and Elements 2.

Adobe TV will not work

Flash has not worked on my Windows 7 laptop since I bought it 13 months ago. Some sites play, others do not. Adobe TV nor Facebook Happy Aquarium will play. I have uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, many, many times. I'm running Flash Player 10.
Please help. Extremely frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Adobe Suite will not work, Im stuck.

Im going to make this simple and short.
windows vista 64 bit
Installed cs5 master suite.
Everything worked except for photoshop!
Tried in un-install cs5 master suite.
Would not let me.
Like a ******* I un-installed my cs3 suite thinking it was causing problems for cs5.
cs5 still wouldnt uninstall nor could I get photoshop to install. (i think it had something to do that my machine is 64 bit)
tried just installing photoshop only...would not work.
SO I got the bright idea to delete all instances of Adobe off my machine.
I un-installed all adobe products, except cs5 master suite becuase it just would not un-install.
I manually went into the program folders and deleted all cs5 master suite files I could find.
Downloaded the trial design premium suite from adobe.
Would not install. Exit code 7
Tried to reinstall my cs5master suite. Will not install.
NOW I have no adobe products, I.E. photoshop, dreamweaver, Flash, etc. and Im forced to work from my laptop.
I have tried reading the exit code 7 log, and now Im stuck.
Dont know what to do or where to turn? I have been on with support..they referered me back to the exit code 7 help files!!?? wtf.
I know I messed up by un-installing cs3,
ANY HELP would be apprectiated.
IM WILLING TO PAY SOMEONE TO GET MY ADOBE PRODUCTS WORKING, I CAN INSTALL PC ANYWHERE AND LET YOU HAVE AT IT.
I have been at this for over a week, my only other thing I can think of is reinstall windows, or buy a new machine.

No. However, WW has their own app you can use. It's for the iPhone but should work on the iPad. Otherwise, contact them and complain.

App that uses Adobe Air will not work

I recently tried to install a widget from a greeting card company that uses Adobe Air. The app will not load. I get a window for the license agreement for Adobe Air and when I click I agreee nothing happens.

I use Windows 7. I have tried all the compatibility settings in the app properties with the same result. I left it set on Windows 7 compatiblility. I tried downloading the app and then Adobe Air, uninstalled both and tried downloading Adobe Air first then the app. I contacted the app vendor (Jacquie Lawson) and Andrew with their support sent me to the Adobe support site. Once the downloads completed and try to open the app this is what I see:
I click on the I Agree button and it closes.....nothing else. I appreciate your help. Doing things is how I have learned so hopefully this will be a learning experience.

Adobe Tech told me HONESTLY that Adobe Connect will NOT work like the Adobe site demo

I am seconds away from subscribing to gotomeeting.com (Which is a GREAT and REALLy easy to use product).
I really want the white board featues, etc. At first I could NOT connect at all...then with an Adobe TEch (FROM INDIA) online with me (very patronizing to me also, by the way). I could connect and when I clicked on "Share My Screen" the adobe connect window minimizes itself and becomes useless to me.
I was told that the tech COULD see my screen. I asked how I would know that. He ACTUALLY told me that the ONLY way I could see the CONNECT window and see all the participants, let other share screens and see and use the whiteboarding is to GET A SECOND COMPUTER!!!!
I HAVE TO USE TWO COMPUTERS in order to use the features demo'd in the demo video.
Isn't that the MOST obsurd thing you could tell someone. AND if it is true, what a piece of carp program.
Too bad, the product does not remotely work like the demo
AND even worse, the tech support has NO IDEA how to use this product and told me IN THESE WORDS that the product DOES NOT REALLY DO WHAT THE DEMO SAYS IT DOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a nightmare!

Wow ... well all I can say is I've been using Connect for 2 years for remote training and for webinars and all sorts of stuff, and in general I'm thrilled with it. I've used the freebie ConnectNow service (via Acrobat.com), the $39.95/mo. Connect Standard account (hosted, up to 15 participants), and for the past 1.5 years, the Connect Pro account, also hosted.
When you are sharing your screen, you don't see any of the Connect "room" interface; all you see is your screen. This is how most of the services work in my experience. If you're just showing a Powerpoint demo that you've uploaded to your account previously, then you *can* see the panels etc. in the Connect room.
Almost all of my demos/webinars/training involved me sharing my screen, so yes, I do connect a second laptop to the room, logging on as a guest, so I can see what my participants see, and I can see what the lag time is. I don't think that's out of the ordinary.
I started using Connect after nightmares with WebEx and other services. It's really important to me that everything works equally on Macs as well as Windows; and so far Connect is great that way.
I do agree the Support is a pain and Connect is missing some features. But all in all it's been nice and stable for me and my clients. You should check out http://connectusers.com; there are wonderful forums and expert users and tutorials over there.

Adobe Reader will not work in my browser

Hello all-
Unfortunately, I had to replace my hard drive recently. When I reinstalled everything and tried to get Reader to work in a browser, it would not.
I am on a Windows 7 computer and have Acrobat Pro 9. I usually use Firefox. However, I've checked in IE and Chrome, and the problem was still there.
After I installed Reader 10.1.4, I got the following message:
There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again (:1).
I did some research and ended up changing the admin/permissions settings, but that had no effect. Based on additional information I found, I attempted to uninstall and reinstall.
Upon reinstalling 10.1.4, I received the following message:
There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again (3:1074724867).
I did some more research and found something about running different versions of Reader and Acrobat, so I uninstalled 10 and reinstalled 9.5.
With the older version of Reader, I got this message:
The Adobe Acrobat/Reader that is running can not be used to view PDF files in a Web Browser. Please exit Adobe Acrobat/Reader and exit your Web Browser and try again.
I've uninstalled 9 and at least now have the automatic option of opening a PDF as a separate file. Of course, I would rather have it integrated into my browser.
Any suggestions?

If you have Acrobat and/or Reader or any combination of two versions of Reader, you need to uninstall all of them, then re-install one. Only Acrobat X and Reader X are designed to run on the same Windows system.
It may be helpful to run http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
to remove all detrius left over from previous installs.

Since I updated my operating system to OSXYosemite, my Adobe PS will not work on my Mac. I have even downloaded it again to my computer without success.

I have reinstalled the Adobe PSCS5 version to my computer, I talked with support for my Mac and tried several things without success. Is it possible to remove OSXYosemite as my operating system and go back to what I ha previously? I need my Photoshop now! I have design work that is due now!

Reinstall Photoshop CS5 to fix the files damaged by the MacOS 10.10 installer.
Then make sure you have all the CS5 updates installed as well.
And make sure you have the MacOS 10.10.1 update that fixes a bunch of issues in MacOS 10.10.

My adobe flash play and adobe reader will not work!

I can not get my adobe flash player or my adobe reader to work. I have reinstalled the software multiply times I have complete deleted all traces of the software and downloaded the newest version countless times. I even updated my IOS to Mountain Lion 10.8.2 to try and fix this problem. Nothing has worked. I cant download PDFs onto my computer and vertually no videos work online. How can I fix this???

Even after I did the disk clean, uninstalled, and reinstalled, Adobe still stops working. Any suggestions???
