I need help. I put in a TMobile card. Than, it send me a message saying
"SIM NOT VALID" the Sim card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier."
So please I need help. What I should I do.?
You will need that person you bought it from to request an unlock from AT&T. The phone you bought is locked to AT&T and only AT&T can unlock it for you. And AT&T only unlocks devices for people who are or were account holders with them.
Bottom line is only AT&T can unlock it for you, so contact the person you bought it from and ask them to put in an unlock request with AT&T. If you cannot do that, then you are out of luck.

Insert a SIM card. If the phone is carrier locked, it must be from the correct carrier. You MUST have a SIM card present to activate the device. The SIM does NOT have to be "live". That is to say, the account it is/was tied to, does not have to be active.

Only the previous owner can help you. They either need to provide you with the ID and password to delete the existing account, or erase the device and remove it from their account as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515. Apple did not begin selling an unlocked version of the iPhone 4S in the US until 11/11/11. I believe it went on sale only through the online store at that time. I'm not sure if it's available at retail yet.
What you purchased was a phone without a contract commitment. It is still locked to AT&T. AT&T will NOT unlock iPhones for any reason. Return it and get your money back, then use that to purchase an unlocked phone. -

The No Service means there is a problem with cellular service. You mention wifi in your title. Which is it you are having trouble with? What happens when you switch on and off as you state in your post? Are you saying that wifi does not connect while at home either?

The warranty is not and has never been International. Warranty and support are only valid in the country of origin. The only exception is for devices sold in the EU where the EU is treated as one country for warranty and support purposes.

Navigate to the Overview page in My Verizon.
Click My PIN and Unblocking Key (PUK) under About My Device.
Your default PIN and PUK will be displayed in a pop-up window.
Click Close when you’re finished to return to the My Verizon Overview page.

You may try 3rd party softwares like Viber or Skype which support video calling both over WIFI and on 3G, unlike FT calling which can only be done over WIFI.
And if the FT feature is so important for you, you can sell this phone and buy a factory unlocked iPhone of a country where FT is not blocked by law. (Avoid Model #s ending with AE & AB). -
