I bought a magazine on one ipad, but can't get it to show up on my daughter's ipad?

On the iPad you bought is running on iOS 5.o , 5.1 or 5.1.1
if both of the iPads are on 5.x.x then try using the same id on both iPads and go in setting on your daughters iPad then scroll down to app store
tap it
sign out the other id and put the same id as yours in the feild and turn on the apps download and books download also try staying near wifi (both the iPADS)
then delete your magazine on the iPad you just downloaded and try downloading it again so icloud can transfer it to the other iPad as the accounts will be same and the music app and book store will be enabled.....for some further assisstance reply

You don't mention anything about the music files on your computer that were used to copy into iTunes. If you have moved those files to a different location on you PC you will get that error message from iTunes. This is because iTunes will look for the music files in the original location that they came from on your PC when they were copied. If this is the case you have to tell iTunes to look in the new location for the music files or move the music files back to the original location.

Is your account listed in Settings>iCloud? If not y ohave to first delete the iCloud account from the iPod by going to the bottom of the screen. You have to enter the password for the listed ID. That is part of the Activation Lock

Withou that or without getting the previous owner to remove the device from their account

The iPod is not usable to you. If you can get either of the above two thnks done. restore the iPPod via iTunes and set it up with your account

It sounds like your iPhone is not being seen in iTunes anymore. I recommend the troubleshooting steps from the article named:

You have an Airport Extreme base station that is set to "Create a wireless network" and you have the box checked for "allow this network to be extended"....
Then you have an Airport Express that is set to "Extend a wireless network" which you selected the name of your network in the box...

If it's showing the red disabled screen due to incorrect passcodes then you may need to put the iPad into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 - you should then be able to reset the iPad via your computer's iTunes and restore/resync your content to it

Try clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History)
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
