I bought a movie and the download failed, how do I get my money back?

Just 10 minutes ago I bought a 8 dollar movie and it failed to download, however my money was not refunded. How do I get my money back or get it to download properly?!

Thanks for your help. It keeps telling me that the connection to the network is down, despite the fact that another movie I have downloaded after, downloaded just fine.

iOS is the operating system for iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad. Your Mac runs on OS X. You have installed OS X 10.10.2 Yosemite.
I have the most recent version of the Kindle app for Mac from the Mac App Store (MAS) v. 1.10.6 and it works fine. Look again in the MAS for the Kindle app, does it say Get or Open on the button?
Are you confusing Kindle for Mac with Kindle for iOS. The iOS version won't run on your Mac.

I rented a movie and the download fails repeatedly - Error = -50

I tried to rent a movie on iTunes and the download fails after pulling down 420.1MB of 1.6GB, The code I get is Error = -50. Any suggestions? I have already been billed for this event though it has not fully downloaded.

I just join Verizon and my phone drop on price and the employee told me i cannot get my money back only a credit to the account

so i just got new service with Verizon on the 4 of July and the phones when on sale or should i say drop in price i return to the store to get the different back . i call verizon nice lady told me i will be able to get my money back just go to a verizon store. I came into the store i didn't want the money back i just wanted more things for the phone like the cool mophie case gold to match my phone she come back out after 30 minute of me waiting to tell me im sorry but we cannot give you your money back and i ask her why im still with in the 14 day return period and was told that i can get the different back i try telling her that all i wanted to do is get the case and the different she can put to the account. she kept saying no it cannot happen so i ask to speak to a manger and she would not come out she stay in the office and the lady that was helping me was just going back forth with me and the manger i told her i would like to cancel the service and i just go back to my old phone company she wouldn't cancel the service with me told me now the manger would put a credit to the account and i can order the case that way with really don't make sense to me if you can credit my account why is it i cannot get credit for my case today and i really don't know as she kept saying to me, i didn't want a credit to my account i want my case .

Whatever you read about iTunes is wrong unless you're actually referring to feature movies, not videos. Videos, apps, music and iBooks you can re-download:

Download to your computer and then sync to your iPod touch whatever will fit.
And no, I can't say with certainty that they won't give you a refund, but it's unlikely. The most probable outcome, if you do indeed mean movies, not TV shows or other videos, is that they would set up an additional download. For other content they'll probably just direct you to the same instructions on re-downloading I just posted.

I did it 5 times because each time I purchased them it went back to the home page of my phone....When I went back into the app game the rubbies were not there. Itunes is charging me for a app that i never bought. how do i get my money back?

I went to buy a song on my iPod touch a couple of days ago. The song costs 1.29 but my iTunes account told me i only had 0.76 cents left. Just a month or so ago i had 46.00 dollars in my account and i had not bought anything since then. I then logged onto my iTunes account and went to my recent purchases and it told me i had bought a game a month ago for 45.00. I know i had never bought this game because i had never even heard of the game. Another thing that happened was, before my account told me i didnt have enough money in my account, it told me i put in the wrong password.
