Use iTunes menu File > Devices > Transfer Purchases from ....
to transfer your purchased ringtone to computer iTunes. -

Apparently cookies was turned off in Safari. I rarely use it so I have no idea how that happened. Anyway, turning them on seems to have cured the problem.

I usually use my home computer to purchase music/audiobooks and then put them onto my iphone, but today I bought an audiobook on my office computer from itunes and when I try to put it on my iphone it won't let me unless I erase my current Itunes library that's on my iphone. Were the songs in question downloaded directly on the device or synced from iTunes on the computer?

I bought "Ultraviolence" from iTunes on release day. When I got it, the songs were arranged in order and everything was as it should be. However, ysterday, just 1 day after purchasing the album, the first 5 songs of the album jumped to the back. I was able to return the first 3 songs to their original position, however tracks 4 and 5 are still stuck at the bottom and nothing i do seems to be able to bring them back to where they're suppose to be. Please help me fix this issue..
I have tried everything I have read on the Internet about sync issues and restore etc and not there isn't a single song on my iPad or iPod touch. All of the songs are listed in my iTunes but are all greyed out, some have the cloud symbol next to them but lots don't and some say waiting.

I began having problems with my iphone 5 after I updated to ios7. It began having several issues e.g. freezing, turning on and off by itself and the home button was not responding.
It is a long story because I had to talk to apple reps etc. to make a long story short; my iphone is now in recovery mode and only works when it is set as a new iphone.
Now my back up data on itunes will not back up into my iphone 5 and my iphone is still in recovery mode.

What photos? You can import camera roll photos ( taken with the iphone) as you would any other digital camera.
Photo library pics are synced one way only. As they came from your computer in the first place, they should still be there and included in your regular backup of your computer. Copy them from the old computer to the new one.
The music sync is one way as well. The only exception is itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
You should copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer to the new one.
