On itunes, at the top of the screen, click 'store' then click 'check for available downloads' and if your internet connection is good, it will finish downloading your movie

    Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

    Go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and setting. Then re-setup the iPod with your account/media. To redownload iTunes purchases see:

    and follow one of the "paths" to get what you need or to an Apple customer support employee.  One path is to click Contact Support at the bottom of the list of choices, and use the Express Lane.
    The iTunes app also has a way to report a problem with a purchase.  Select iTunes Store in the sidebar (of the iTunes window).  Toward the upper right corner, click on your Apple ID.  This gets you to your Account Information screen.  Find Purchase History and click See All.  On that screen, you can select a specific purchase with that problem, and Report a Problem.
    If you want to try to figure out WHY that song does not play on your iPod shuffle, please post back...

    Contact Apple directly at 1 800 692 7753.  Explain you would like a refund on your iCloud storage.  They will be able to look up your purchase, and verify if you successfully cancelled it or not.  They can also ensure it is cancelled.

    Keynote's minimum requirements are v10.7.4 Lion in case you are running a prior Mac OS X. That information is available under Information right side of the Keynote window at the App Store.

    Thank you for the info re. the main menu. Your answer I used worked; however, the menu bar all the way across is solid black. The only way I can find out the names on the menu is to point the cursor from left to right over the black bar to find "file" "edit" tools", etc. What do I need to do to get these menu titles to be seen?
    As regarding the GMail --the menu bar used to have an envelope symbol which was white and outlined in red. That disappeared. I googled "mail.google.com" to try to get back my email.     There's no way to do that. If you try and trash thousands of photos at one go you'll trash the Library - which is what sounds like you've done.
    Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
    Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

    If you downloaded the correct version for your iPad model (and the different models have different ipsw files), then you should be able to navigate to it in iTunes by pressing and holding the shift key on Windows (command key on Mac) when clicking the Check For Updates button.

    Installing the OS X Lion Update 10.7.3 (Client Combo) will reinstall the App Store for you.
    Restart your Mac after the combo is installed then try purchasing Aperture.

The lady at the end of the line, was very nice very accomodating and effortlesly proceeeded to de-subscribed me, and even asked, "Do you want a refund for this account" so make sure you make it clear you want a refund because otherwise they will simply stop future payments coming out. it is clear that customer services are very very well trained in handling what they know is happening every day, complaints and refunds, and they happily oblige, lets face it the number of us asking for our money back is few in comparison to the hundred and thousands who dont even know whats going on. This is a multi million dollar law suit waiting to happen, any one out there with the time and money to take this giant fraudster on will make a difference.- These fraudsters are pretty cleaver a couple of pounds from hundreds and thousands of people accross the world will make anyone a multi millionaire if not billionaire. They still make you go through hoops to get your money back- sending you an email, then you have to apply for your refund quoting the refence number they give you and it can take up to 7 days and maybe 48 hours to get the email from them, basically they hope you dont bother feeling happy that they agreed to refund you. Do note that the advisor's are so well trained that they will not argue with you, will not agree or disagree to anything you say, simply give you a reference number for the call  and a reference number for the refund, thanking you all the way. Thousands of us have made millions and the same thousands of us can BREAK THEM-PLEASE GO AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK TODAY!! and  lets show them that covert fraudulent business will not get the better of us all the best I hope it helps and dont take no for an answer!!

    Unless you are also in France with a French iTunes account then he won't be able to redeem it, they are country-specific.
