I bought a new Iphone 4s and when I sync my apps over I lost all of my high scores. How can I get back my high scores as I do not want to start all over on some of the games
I bought the new Iphone 4s. I backed up my old 3gs on Itunes store before trading in my old Iphone. I sync my new phone and I have all of my apps but non of the high scores. For example I played all of the angry birds and had three stars on all levels. Now I have the app on my Iphone but I am back no levels completed. How do I fix this problem. My Itunes store is on a PC running Windows 7

Ikeep getting this error when I attach the new phone. After it would not work I did a Icloud back up of my old phone and restored it on the new phone, but I have other music and apps on my Itunes that I would like the option to sync and I like to be able to backup my phone on my Mac. and itunes
reinstalled mavericks from scratch
phone alert saying " TRUST THIS COMPUTER?"

I just bought a new iPod touch. But when I sync it with my iTunes library, it won't hold anything. It just says syncing, and when its done, there is nothing on it.
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Did you initiallysetup the iPod via wifi?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
If so have you done anything like update iTunes on the computer since it last successfully synced?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?

Do you have any Restrictions (Settings>General>Restrictions) set that would prevent syncing those songs? (iTunes purchases only)

I just finished using iTunes, closed out and then tried to get ack in. Got this message "The iTunes library .9tl file is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have write permission for this file." How can I get back ino iTunes ?
I actually figured it out...I had to go to the iTunes Library Extras.itdb file and give myself permission to have full control. THEN, I could go and estore a previos version. Once I had done this, I got the same message for iTunes Library Genius.itdb . . . I did the same thing with it and Voila'!!

If you want you're apps and content on you're iPhone then use you're existing account. If not then create a new account.

This is not very iTunes Public Site Manager related... but I was in the same situation as you a little while ago.
1 - Sync/back up your old 3gs.
2 - Activatie your new phone when connected to itunes via cable and it will ask you if you want to restore our old phone.
3 - ???

might also work with icloud but i have not tried that method. -
I have bought a new ipod touch and when i went to sync my music library on to it only a few songs went over, the ones that didnt had a ! next to them. I had no problem when using my last ipod touch but i was using a pc at the time not a mac though.

I just bought a new iphone 5S and once turned on and pushed the button restore from Icloud, I'm stil stuck in this section i can't do anything plus i turned it off and on again and still not working, please provide me with a solution very urgently!!

after that click okay when it says itunes has detected an iphone in recovery mode. Then click restore

Is the iPod that connects an iPod touch? If not that does not mean anything since iOS devices like iPod touch, iPhone and iPad use different drivers than other iPods. -
