I bought a new iPhone 5C today but I'm having syncing issues.
I synced it with my computer and restored it with my old iPhone's stuff, but the iPhone 5C won't restore. It keeps going back to the setup screen but my computer shows that everything is up to date - all the apps I need are there, I can see it all on iTunes but the phone itself will keeps acting like its brand new ... ie I can't use it! HELP
Try backing up your old phone on your iTunes one more time.
Go into settings in your iPhone 5C and delete everything then immediately connect it to iTunes.
From there, I believe there should be a pop up to where you can backup everything from your old iPhone on to your new.

Ambient light sensors are not always perfect in their function. To test, go into darkened room, with screen OFF, Locked, tap Home button. Look at screen it should be normal for use in darkened room, turn on bright lights, the screen should brighten to help compensate. If your iPhone does not do this, then Restore iPhone with current iTunes on your computer. See if better. If still problem, make Genius reservation or set up Service and take or send to Apple for resolution under Warranty.

Nope buddy. Its not possible to restore messages of Whatsapp as they aren't stored in the Icloud Server, only if had you backed up your messages from Whatsapp window, you would get it bac.
Or else no way. -

I recently went to Singapor for work, and i bought the new iPhone 5s unblocked. The lady told me i would be able to use 3g, 4g and Lte in Europe, and since i need to travel a lot, i decided to bought the iPhone. I started using my iPhone today but i can't have access to 3g, 4g or LTE.
What do i need to do?
Thanks for your support.Yes, at an Apple Store. I just solved my problem. I went to Vodafone and they told me it is normal to be without 3g for a while because it's a new nano card. They didn't guarantee that i'll have 4g and LTE but at least the 3g is working now.

Just bought a new iPhone and am having trouble with iTunes and App Store. I can log in to Cloud, iTunes, and app store but once I try to download, it says "Youe apple id has been disabled". I've reset my password three times and have no issue on my Pad.

Why would you make a new account? This will likely cause many problems. Just get you old account enabled.

As has been pointed out, if there was a "previous owner", the phone is not "new". Thephone you purchased is most likely stolen. If whoever you bought it from won't give you your money back, turn it over to the police. -

What happens when you try to redownload them ? What you can re-download (the types of content that you can redownload varies by country) will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes, and the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPhone (and similarly for apps in the App Store app). If you still have your old phone then you should be able to copy your iTunes downloads from it over to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases

I'm trying to find my phone back up from a few days ago before I bought my new iPhone, but when I searched on iTunes backup it has been replaced by the back up the day after that. Now all my data from my old phone is lost including some really important things. Also before that iTunes wouldn't let me sync my iPhone 5s data to my new iPhone 6 Plus, saying that the data is corrupt, that's where all this trouble started. Your iCoud account remains in iCloud even if your device is restored. (In fact, you can't delete an iCloud account from iCloud, you can only choose to stop using it.) If the device is restored, or it may no longer be signed into your iCloud account but your account will still exist in iCloud.
