dont you know what am I doing wrong? How can I try to dowland it again?

Please try:
Keep Ctrl + Alt + Shift keys pressed while launching PSE13 Editor and click OK on the dialog that comes next.

There is nothing in the registration screen which should prevent you from entering any valid email ID unless and untill you are mentioning the same ID in both the "E-mail" and "Confirm E-mail" field. Could you please confirm that? -

Ok my Iphone 4s locked up and I had to shut it down and restart it. When it restarted my contact list was gone. I went to Itunes and and clicked restore and it selected today as the last backup. It did the whole restore but my contact list is still missing. Is there another way for me to get my contact list back.?

Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 and Premiere Elements 9 wont load in computer
I just bought
Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 and took it home to load into my computer running windows XP with service pack 3 and all it does is show a small box in the upper left corner of the screen, looks like its loading something for about five seconds and then dissappears and nothing more happens. I tried to go to my computer and find the drive with it in it which I did and start it that way with no luck, tried to find an EXE. file with no luck and then returned it to the store thinking it was defective and got another one, same deal here too. I spent about four hours trying to get this to load and am about ready to throw this program into the pond out front. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. JohnHi Barbara
You hit the nail on the head. I bought Premiere Elements 9 and Photoshop Elements 9 together in one box and I thought that the four dics (two per program?) was what I got and didnt look at the disks closely. Also it figures that the Mac disks were first in line so I tried to load those first with no luck. Thanks for your help. John
