I bought a seasons pass and the new episode isnt downloading

I bought a seasons pass for glee season 4 and the new episode came out and i tryed to download it but its saying I have to pay for it.

Quite a common problem. Just have to be patient. Sometimes, it can take up to one week!!!
Yup, still waiting for Episode 4 for both Smallville and Supernatural.

    Normally the episodes are available to download the day after airing date. But this time, the episode that aired last night is not available to download. I'm just wondering if that episode for Married to Jonas will be available in a later date or not. I did purchase the season pass.

    I created a support incident Saturday or Sunday.
    Their first response by email asked
    "... include your purchase's order number in your reply. You can find your order numbers on your email receipts and in your Purchase History. If you need to review your Purchase History, follow the steps in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727 ...."
    They made it sound like it was my problem they would help me figure out. They already had my Apple ID so I don't know why they couldn't find the info. My luck they sent the email at 7:30 last night. The person working on my case only works Sunday - Thursday 4:30 - 11:30 pm so it will be tonight before they get my response. Nobody else can work on the problem? Come on Apple!
    I mentioned this thread so they may or may not look here also.
    Still very unimpressed with Apple TV process quality and the huge customer support hole. It's like they're completely unprepared for mistakes. Everybody and every company makes mistakes.

    Hello I bought a season pass to the Walking Dead. I downloaded the 1st episode to my computer and played it once. The next day i wanted my son to watch it on the computer and it didn't work. My Windows 7 OS is/was updated and ITunes is/was already up to date. Is that generally how it works?

    Could you be more specific about the problem than "didn't work"? Does it just not play, do you get any error messages, etc? Was your son attempting to watch the episode via the same Windows user account and same iTunes library as you used?
    Without more details about the problem, it's difficult to diagnose the problem and offer suggestions.

    You need to buy a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD, which requires an Intel Mac with at least 1GB of RAM, and to install the 10.6.8 combo updater.

  • Already purchased season pass for "The Flash" unavailable to download.

    Recently purchased the season pass for "The Flash". Episode 1, the trailer and the "On the Set" for episode two have all automatically downloaded to my desktop. Wondered why episode two didn't download as well, so I went to the iTunes store and see a price tagged slapped over episode two, as if I haven't purchased the season pass. Anyone know whats up with this?

    hi - i think i have the same issue specifically with my apple tv. the problem was ostensibly caused by the first time i used the device when i downloaded individual podcasts directly.
    i later figured out how to do syncing with itunes and subscribe to podcasts that i can then see on the apple tv. i had been trying to 'subscribe' through the apple tv directly but then found that it does not work that way.
    now i am pretty much stuck with this until someone comes up with a solution. the main annoyance is redundant confusing titles in the podcast list that i have to click through to figure out which is the 'real' feed.

  • After I updated my phone I lost all my pictures and the new apps I downloaded. I would really love my pictures back does anyone know how? It said that the backup failed during the process. Is it all lost?

    I went to update my phone and after the update I recieved a message that it failed and that the back up failed. I had to restore my phone to stock. I just want to know if there was a possibility to get my pictures back. I tried to get my phone to restore from my last back up but it wouldn't do that either. Does anyone have any ideas. I am really only worried about my pictures and videos I had a couple hundred and they were important.

The error number I got was 50 or something like that. I have a feeling I will not be able to get the pictures back because it said the backup failed after the update failed.

    They refunded my multi-pass for The Tonight Show back when NBC pulled out of the iTunes store, so I would expect them to do the same for a season pass if a show is canceled mid-season. If that happens, find the season pass in your iTunes purchase history, click on the "Report a Problem" button, and raise the issue with them.

    I bought a Season Pass for the first season of The Walking Dead. Episode 103 "Tell it to the Frogs" (the third episode) aired on Sunday, November 14, 2010 at 9:00pm Central Time. It became available on iTunes at 2:01 am on the same day. I still haven't received my e-mail telling me that the new content is available.
    I was concerned and I emailed support. This is the answer I received:
    "Dear Steven,
    Thank you for pre-ordering The Walking Dead. I know that you're anxious to receive this item. Customer interest in this item far outwieghed Apple's projections.'
    Steven, the episode 103 is not under season pass. You have to purchase the item individually.

    Now, when I bought the season pass I knew it was only for 6 episode, because I knew that is all that AMC ordered for the first season. I also read in the Season Pass that it was for "all episodes of Season 1 "The Walking Dead" and I enjoy the Inside The Walking Dead extras that have been coming with it.
    As a long-time Apple customer, I would like to show you, Apple, how I translate this e-mail:
    'Thank you for pre-ordering The Walking Dead. I know that you're anxious to receive this item. Customer interest in this item far outwieghed Apple's projections.'
    “We’ve realized we probable missed out on a lot of money.”
    ‘Steven, the episode 103 is not under season pass. You have to purchase the item individually.’
    “We’re pretending it is not actually episode 3 of season one so we can recover some of that money we missed out on.”
    The thing that drives me insane about this is that the Inside The Walking Dead: “Tell it to the Frogs” content is also available and says very clearly beside it in the store “Season Only” and I haven’t received that content either.
    What gives Apple? They’ve already renewed it for a second season. Yes offering season one for $15.99, you probably missed out on some cash. Take your hits, and charge us $25.99 for season two. Don’t yank content we’ve already paid for from us and claim “it doesn’t count.”
    Why can't the people who have purchased the season pass have their content?

    I would write the iTunes Store back and quote the following text from the Walking Dead season page:
    "This Season Pass includes all current and future episodes of The Walking Dead, Season One"
    Point out that this text is verbatim from the iTunes Store, that nowhere on that page does is say the episode 103 is excluded, and that you therefore want Episode 103 and all other episodes at no extra charge as promised. Insist on a response from an iTunes Store manager if the functionaries keep repeating the same "not under season pass" excuse.
    I would also take a screen shot of that page right now in case Apple rewords the text. That way you have proof of the text as currently written.

  • ITunes wants to charge me for a show I bought a season pass for

    Back in September, before the show even started, I bought a season pass for the TV show "Total Drama All Stars". For the first 3 episodes, I was sent an email once they were available, and was then easily able to download the episode within minutes. However, I'm currently experiencing an issue with episode 4. Generally, the show airs on TV on Tuesday nights, then shows up on iTunes at 3 AM the next morning. However, when I woke up at 8 AM this morning, I didn't have an email, so I went to check the iTunes store myself. Episode 4 is available, but the store wants to charge me $1.99 for it, even though the season pass already says "purchased". I can still redownload the first three episodes, but I'd have to pay again for the fourth.
    How do I report this and get the episode I already paid for? The only report link I could find required me to buy the episode and then request a credit, which I'd rather not do. I paid my 20 bucks for this show a month ago, and even if the cost is minimal, it's still not fair to charge me again to fix a mistake I didn't make.

    Ringtones are a ONE-TIME download. If you didn't transfer them to your iTunes library so that you could sync them back to your phone, you will have to re-purchase them.

  • How long does it take to get the new episodes?????

    So last week a baseball game ran late and pushed a show I DVR into another time slot.
    So I ended up only recording half of house on fox.
    I went to check it out on the on demand section the next day and they only had the 10/3 episode, not the 10/10 episode.
    So it's now 10/17 and the new episode airs tonight, yet the 10/10 episode is still not on demand.
    This is ridiculous in my opinion. From talking with friends who have other services, the on demand shows are loaded and available the next day, yet here on FIOS I'm still waiting a week later for a show to be loaded.
    Is this the normal service level from FIOS???

    Fios VOD is totally dependent on the network provider on when shows are added or removed.  Fox, I think someone else said, tends to be a week after an episode occurs.

    Garmin is sending you to Apple because it is Apple that would have to give you a refund as the actual point of sale.  However, Apple states all sales are final.
    Apple is sending you to Garmin because it is Garmin's fault their maps are out of date and Apple doesn't write the software.  They may not even be looking that deeply and simply perceiving it as a programming "bug" it is up to Garmin to solve.
    Who know whose fault it is that Garmin isn't getting up to date data to put in their maps.
    Ultimately I think you stand the best chance in getting a refund from Apple though it isn't guaranteed.  Apple is the cashier.  You just have to convince them this isn't just a line of code omitted from an application and isn't something that will be soon corrected by Garmin.  Make it clear it isn't a problem with the application running on your device, it is a problem with the data it contains.  Either that or you have to hope Garmin will feel so bad about it they will delve down into their slush fund and send you a refund.
