I bought a second license and I can't find the serial number, I have tried to contact adobe like 4 times and got no luck. Any help on where to find it? is it the same serial as the first copy we have?

This order no is for subscription of Adobe Captivate 8. In order to install subscription you need not to enter any serial key .During the installation it will prompt you to enter your Adobe Id and it will validate your subscription after validating your Adobe Id from the server. I mean you have to sign in with your Adobe Id during the installation which you have used at the time of purchasing the subscription.
So for installation and activation you dont need any serial key . Just sign in and it will automatically activate your subscription .

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are locked out of the iPhone. You haven't mentioned what part of the process isn't working for you. If you restored to a saved backup and the password came back you may want to see if you can restore as new without using the backed up data.

That folder with the question mark icon means that the MacBook can't find the boot directory. That can either mean it can't find the hard drive or the Operating System data on the hard drive is somehow corrupted.
With 10.4, 10.5 or 10.6 put your install DVD into the optical drive (CD/DVD drive) and reboot. Be sure to either use the disc that came with your Mac, or, if you installed a later Mac OS X version from disc, use the newer disc. As soon as you hear the boot chime, hold down the "c" key on your keyboard (or the Option Key until the Install Disk shows up) until the apple shows up. That will force your MacBook to boot from the install DVD in the optical drive.
Or if you are running 10.7 Lion, 10.8 Mountain Lion or 10.9 Mavericks, boot from the recovery partition (Command +R on boot) and use Disk Utility to repair your OS 10.7, 10.8 or 10.9 partition.
When it does start up, you'll see a panel asking you to choose your language. Choose your language and press the Return key on your keyboard once. It will then present you with an Installation window. Completely ignore this window and click on Utilities in the top menu and scroll down to Disk Utility and click it. When it comes up is your Hard Drive in the list on the left?
If it is, then click on the Mac OS partition of your hard drive in the left hand list. Then select the First Aid Tab and run Repair Disk. The Repair Disk button won't be available until you've clicked on the Mac OS partition on your hard drive. If that repairs any problems run it again until the green OK appears and then run Repair Permissions. After repairing use Startup Disk from the same menu to choose your hard drive for restarting from your hard drive.
If your hard drive isn’t recognized in Disk Utility then your hard drive is probably dead.

How come my lockscreen is unresponsive? plus when it works on the rare occasion, it works fine but im always second guessingmyself if i should lock it or not. i have tried restarting it plenty of times and nothing is changing. help!

Every time I turn my phone on the lock screen won't slide and it has become more frequent and lasts longer. I thought nothing of it at the time because I would just have to wait 10 minutes or so for it to start sliding again. But recently it wouldn't slide for 5 hours. Did you check the cookie permissions for the current domain in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions" after you have opened that page?
If the setting in Firefox is correct then check your security software (firewall) to make sure that cookies aren't blocked there.

I have tried to download firefox 5 times and I never get a toolbar on windows 7.

I have downloaded firefox from the official site several times but when I open the download it does not have a toolbar on top and no back or forward arrows . When I am on a site, if I look at a picture or individual story there is no way to return to the main page. This is using windows 7 and I have plenty of available space.

Sol 1. Please try sign out from Creative cloud Desktop App and quit it.
1. Launch Creative Cloud application manager.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Preferences.
3. In the Preferences menu, under General, click the Account tab.
4. Click Sign Out from Creative Cloud.
Then re-sign in and launch Photoshop CC 2014 and check.
Sol 2. Check your Hosts file.
Windows
1. Choose Start > Run, type %systemroot% \system32\drivers\etc, and then press Enter.
2. Locate Hosts file and move it to Desktop
3. Right-click the hosts file and select Open. Select Notepad for the application to open the hosts file.
4. Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
5. Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.

I don't think you can connect a printer since you won't have the printer drivers. I use FingerPrint from collobos.com to print to my non-AirPrint printers.
