I bought a song and an album on my iPod touch last night..
So last night I bought a song and an album on my iPod touch and when I synced it to my computer none of the songs transferred to my PC and now the songs are gone from my iPod touch. The only thing left is the audiobooklet. So how can I get the songs back?? And the songs aren't showing up as purchased on my iPod touch.
If this makes any sense PLEASE help me (:
Look in your purchase history to see if it shows as purchased. If not, then just purchase again.
If it does show as purchased then try:
In itunes click Store>Check for Available Downloads and see if it shows up.
If not, try attaching the ipod and, in itunes, click File>Transfer Purchases.
If these do not work, the go to purchase history and click "Report a Problem".

It is your responsibility to backup your purchases. Have you failed to do this?

Song and tv show purchased on ipod touch wont sync to mac itunes
The ipod touch generated a -50 and -3203 error in itunes during the sync process and now all purchases wouldn't play without a restore and items purchased and downloaded directly to the ipod touch are gone after a restore. The ipod touch can't be mounted as a disk so if the first time after a purchase or multiple purchases (like in my case) are made on the ipod and you get a sync error your purchases are gone for good with no way to make a backup! (Note; Apple iTunes doesn't allow a second downloads--Policy!) This will definitely be the last time I purchase any items from the itunes store directly on an ipod or my apple TV, and I will make it a policy of my own to make a backup copy after any future purchases. I had been hesitant for years to buy any songs from the itunes store now my fear has been realized I have bought a song I no longer have access to. Ironically it is Bobby McFerrin's "Don't Worry, Be Happy" --That is just too good! I am gonna go buy the cd at walmart this weekend instead of an itunes card.
If you contact Apple and ask nicely (i.e. don't rant at them) explain the problem, you will find that they will most likely let you download the items again.
In my experience they have allowed people to download when there have been issues (like me for example, never been refused yet).

How to get back my songs and apps on my new iPod touch?
Hello, today I'm going to exchange my iPod touch at a near target store, and I have songs on my iPod that I have on there tht I bought through my iPod touch on iTunes including on expensive app. How will I get that back. Should I sync this old defective iPod to my laptop(iTunes purposes) before I exchange help me please!!

Not possible.
If all music was purchased from the iTunes store, you can manually download each song one by one with your iPhone without having to pay for it again.

You can also enable automatic downloads with your iTunes account on each device for future purchases.
Settings > Store. Under Automatic Downloads, select Music and Books and Apps if you want on each device. With this selected on each device, after purchasing/downloading a song on one device it will be downloaded on the other device automatically. -

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.
If you previously synced to the computer then you may be able to recover use of the iPod without erasing the iPod by following the instructions here:

Your purchases won't automatically show in your new Mac's iTunes library. If you go into iTunes > Preferences and on the Store tab tick the 'show iTunes in the cloud purchases' then what you can redownload should show in the Music part of your library with a cloud icon against them - click on the cloud to download them. Or click on your name towards the top right of iTunes and then click Purchased on the popup, and you can redownload them from there.
If you've moved countries since buying the music, or if the rights-holders have removed them from the store, then you won't be able to redownload them. In that case if you still have your old computer then you could copy them over from that (e.g. via an external drive : How to move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Support or via home sharing), or copy them from your backup of your downloads/library and add them via File > Add Too Library -
Hi, im using itunes store and i bought some songs and apple send me a email, and it says it was a receipt. It also said that its bill to : Store credit, and the total of the order is 1.98 $. So do i have to pay this or its just a proove of purchase ?

The iTunes app also has a way to report a problem with a purchase. Select iTunes Store in the sidebar (of the iTunes window). Toward the upper right corner, click on your Apple ID. This gets you to your Account Information screen. Find Purchase History and click See All. On that screen, you can select a specific purchase with that problem, and Report a Problem.

Charts Top Songs and Top Albums please help!
Hi,
Does anybody know exactly how the charts "top songs" and "top albums" are put together on itunes?
Are there differences from one country to the next?
Are multiple purchases of the same item from the same account counted in full for the charts? or is it the case that only the unique purchases for each account is counted in compiling the charts, excluding multiple purchases from the same account ?
If only unique purchases are counted for each account, what about gifts? at what points songs sent as gifts are counted in the charts?
please please helpSites like the iTunes Store generally do not document how such listings are complied so as to prevent record companies and/or artists from "gaming" the system and working out ways to get their tracks listed higher. So other than guesswork, no one here can answer your questions. Sorry.
