i bought a song and i never got it but i was charged twice for it. i called itunes support number and they told me that they cant help me, and i dont know how to fix it. i hate i tunes sometimes.

Apple just released an update to erradicate the problem. Check your software updates.

    I think you have a valid complaint, but are going to have to work with App Store Support to get it resolved. Here's what i found
    There are two iPhone app, RE Agent and RE Agent Lt. The main one, RE Agent, seems to show a $21.99 price all the time.
    As for the other one, it depends first on how you search for it and also varies a little bit in outcome even in those searches. For example,
    If you search for RE Agent, you find it there in the iPhone section and you also find RE Agent Lt there. Most of the time it shows a $17.99 price, but on a few searches showed FREE. No matter what it showed there, when you tapped on, i.e., proceeded to that app's individual page, it always showed $17.99.
    If you search for RE Agent LT, then you get only it. It always showed a $17.99 price on the search page but on a few tries, when I went to the app's page, it showed a FREE there. The rest of the time it showed $17.99.
    So, this listing is at least a little bit hosed. I suppose you could have ordered it directly from the search page when it happened to be showing FREE, or from some other page which might also have been showing FREE at the time, but I think it's clear that the price actually is $17.99 (not a huge discount from the full featured one, but you have to address that with the developer).

    I ordered a movie on iTunes back in April, the movie didn't finish downloading, I got a message that there was an error, so a few days later, I downloaded it again. This time I used my husbands bank card, which has a different number, but is connected to our joint checking account.  I noticed the duplicate charge for the one movie. PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET CREDIT FOR THIS DUPLICATE CHARGE!  Or at least get some itunes store credit.  The movie was "Miss Representation" the number on my invoice is: MGSG1YL7

    Help. As I said in the title, I bought a song and the payment went through but the song didn't download properly and I can't even delete it in order to re download it!

    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    Then see if you can delete the song. Try swiping across it in the downloads tab or if it did get into the music app swipe across it in the songs tab.

    Does one of the amounts tie up with the app's price (plus your state's sales tax if you are in the US, with the other one being how much, and where are you seeing them (on emailed receipts, on your account's purchase history, on your credit card) ?
    Did you add or change your credit card details on your iTunes account when making the purchase - each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge ($1 or approximate local equivalent) may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account (it should disappear off your account within a few days or so).
