I bought a song off Itunes and it says it has been dowloaded and is already on my phone. However it is not. It will only play off of WIFI and will not let me delete it so I can redownload it again.

So I bought the song 'Gold' by Britt Nicole the other day because I heard it on the radio and liked it.
It downloaded normally except I accidentally clicked the little 'stop' button that displays while it is still downloading to my Iphone. It would not play, and it was greyed out so I couldn't even select it. No biggie, I thought, I'll just delete the song and download it again.
Wrong, I couldn't delete it, and I couldn't plaly the song either. So I deleted my entire music library from my storage thinking it would solve the issue. It didn't. Every song was deleted from my phone EXCEPT 'Gold.' It was still saying it was already on my phone, already downloaded. But it isn't there.
I can only play the song when I am on wifi in my house. Other than that it says I have the song downloaded already but I don't really have it. It's annoying and I've googled for an answer but can't find one. Please help! I don't really want to have to reset my phone just to solve the issue.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Download the song on your syncing computer and sync via iTunes.
Then delete/redownload as necessary.

Here's how to do it.
1. App Store, iTunes Store should have the same AppleID on Computer and iPhones. (Free to share apps, music and books... )
2. Person A uses the same purchasing account for everything (ie. email, contacts and ...).
3. Person B have the same purchase account see no. 1 (for App Store and iTunes Store) but create a second AppleID for iCal, e-mail, contacts and etc.

I have removed iTunes as I had previously unintentionally removed a part of the program that gave my laptop sound! The items that you can purchase from iTunes in the form of apps are for either an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) or for Mac Computers.
The chances are the app you have downloaded is either written for an iPhone or iPad (iOS device -although even then there can be differences) or for a Mac computer (even then it may be OS version specific)
In a search for "Miss Kitty Slot" in iTunes I found this
It says it is an iPhone App.

I have been trying to change my Apple ID for my iPhone account because the e-mail on there is an old e-mail that I cannot use anymore. I have went on the website and went through all of the steps of changing it, and I've changed everything to my updated e-mail and verified it as well. I used fiefox before my last crash 6 months ago. When I reinstalled all my other software I tried to load firefox from the web. I go the message from my Kaspersky not to download as it was reported by Microsft as being dangerous. What is the real situation and shoudl I disregard ther warning. I liked the firsfox when I had it before.

That sounds unusual. I am guessing it would have been a false positive, and and any such report will have been corrected by now. However be careful you know what site you are actually using, just in case you are being redirected to some spoof site.

Older Audiobooks suddenly only play 7-10 min and stop. What can I do?

I have an IPod Classic 120. Suddenly all my older audiobooks will only play 7-10 minutes and then they stop. After a time they skip to the next audiobook and repeat the same 7-10 minutes and stop.

ITunes 9.0.1 will only play one specific playlist

itunes 9.0.1 will only play one specific playlist, and freezes when I try to do anything else. Had 9.0.0.7, then upgraded...said would fix the problem, but didn't. When I sync iPhone itunes freezes as well. Tried to delete podcasts...froze. Tried to delete duplicate songs...froze. Tried to...you get the picture.

Problem has been resolved...had to reinstall, then go to add/remove programs and repair iTunes.
