I bought a song on itunes and it doesn't play
I just bought an EP by Airiel and all the songs work but the song "firefly". I even bought it again and had the same problem. It doesn't say there's a problem, it just goes right to the next track as if that song was only 0.01 seconds long. Can Apple fix the problem or can can I at least get a refund?
Contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them.

I bought a song in ITUNES and had problem downloading it. I contacted support and they downloaded the song for me. Now when I try to play the song, I get a message saying my computer isn't authorized to play it. I try reauthorizing but that doesn't work, just keep getting the same message. Can anyone help?

I recently bought some songs from itunes, and I tried to sync my mac air laptop to my nano ipod, but it didn't work. I usually use my PC computer to do this, and my music is in the itunes library on my mac, it just won't sync to my ipod. When I tried to sync my ipod to my PC to see if the computer was the problem, my recently purchased songs still didn't show up. Any ideas as to what to do? Thanks!

- Does it play in iTunes on the computer?
- Delete the song and redownload it by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- Ask iTunes for a redownload.

You need to look here for purchased items:
Open the iTunes Store, under Quick Links on the right side of the window, click on Purchased>Music>Songs>Not on this Computer.

I go to play a song in iTunes and a misic video plays instead. Does anyone know how to correct this?
I have been struggling for a week to get iTunes to work properly. I go to play a song on iTunes, and a music video plays instead. The program then locks up and plays nothing. No, something is wrong.
Login (in iTunes) to your account, in the pref's is a button to "report problem"
Use it and tell them.
They'll let you download again.

HI, I have a question regarding using the flash back database feature nwhen in a rac environemt...I see in the documentation that when flashing back the database that you will need to us the open database with the resetlogs option in order to flashba
