You picked up the TV.Did you go to the seller's house? Was it necessary to go to a PO or a courier office to pick it up? There was a charge of $11 on your PP account.Are you sure this was related to the purchase of the TV?Did you pay the $791 by Paypal?Was there Free Shipping on the TV?If a courier was involved the $11 may have been their charge for delivery.

But the external monitor remain black… so I turn it off then turn it back on, it said "No VGA signal". Does it means I have to use VGA adapter instead? I am not sure how it work, I am very new to it… I hope you can help me out!

I run Windows 7 and the newest version (10.6) of iTunes will not install. The installer won't even begin, and when I run the Apple Software update, it tells me that iCloud and iTunes have invalid signature.

When I DL iTunes64setup.exe, the program will not start (there's a bar that flashes but nothing actually begins). I've done everything short of reinstalling Windows to fix this (system resore, unistalling all Apple products, taking down firewall, running Windows FixIt - which either won't find the problem or gives me an error saying that the troubleshooter cannot be downloaded at this time, going into the security features to allow programs without valid signatures, trying to install earlier versions of iTunes). It all started when I downloaded the Decemberists new album on my iPhone, and it wasn't downloading it properly so I connected it to my Dell, but some songs still wouldn't DL - also, the newest OS for my iPhone still won't install via WiFi - and so I uninstalled iTunes first, but nothing is helping. And I don't have any security issues (Norton has checked). Any ideas? I'm at my wit's end after 3 days of this. Thank you.

Ok, so after like 4 days of going through all these different issues, I figured out that several programs weren't downloading, and it was an issue with my wireless connectivity messing up the digital signatures, so if you plug in your comp to the modem and delete your temp files, it should start to work!

A Verizon corporate store can provide you with a nano SIM and activate it for you. Corporate stores do not charge for SIMS. I don't know what a reseller might or might not do.

Thats the deal, i am a qualifiyng user for the Up To Date Program, and when entering the serial number of my MBP it says i am ineligible. I already tried with the form that had to be filled up if the direct method didn`t work and it has the same issue. My only possible explanation is that it seems they recently added a date limit for the submission of an order to get Lion free (July 19), which makes me be very disappointed with Apple because in the first communication about the up to date program they listed: "Customers who purchase a qualifying Mac between June 6, 2011 and the date when Lion is available in the Mac App Store will have 30 days from Lion’s official release date to make a request" .
Please help me, I am from Chile and my sister bought the MBP to me by the Apple Online Store, so I can`t personally go to an Apple Store to explain my problem.

Esa es mi gran angustia en verdad, no me importa esperar, pero me daria mucha rabia haber perdido la oportunidad de descargarlo gratis. Tu llenaste alguna orden o algo similar antes del 19 de Julio? Yo no hice nada parecido, sin embargo cuando me meto a la parte de la garantia con mi serial number me sale que mi MBP esta activo y registrado y todo.
