i bought a TV series season on Apple TV (on my TV) where is it?? I put in my password and 3 didgit credit card securtiy number? Is it supposed to show up on my iTunes?
Unless configured to do so in Preferences it shouldn't automatically download to iTunes - it will just play from the cloud on AppleTV until it's in itunes too.
Go to the iTunes Store home page and under QuickLinks on the right see if you have a Purchases section - click on that and changeto TV Shows- you should be able to download from there.

I have just got a iPad yesterday and I'm having a problem
I have just bought a tv series in iTunes and downloaded it on to my iPad but every time I go to watch it it comes up (could not load movie) then takes me back to the episode list ? Can you tell me how to solve this problem pleaseHave a look at the following:

Hi, If I play a single episode of a full season on Apple TV / I-Phone / I-Pad, the last played adds the date to all episodes in that season, is it a setting I need to reset / update - thanks Paul
Does TV Shows show as a category under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your Mac's iTunes ? If it does, and that series is still in your country's store, then it should show there and you can download it from there (click the cloud icons) onto your Mac's iTunes library - you can then sync the episodes to your phone.

Buying a season on apple tv then syncing takes episodes off ATV
I've bought seasons on Apple TV so they download directly when available... If I sync the Apple TV with my computer after a new episode has been downloaded, it transfers to the computer but removes it from the Apple TV (annoying to say the least). I've checked the box on itunes to sync the FULL season, however it becomes unchecked when a new episode is added on the Apple TV, as if Itunes can't figure out what to do when there's a new episode other than copy it to the itunes library and delete it form the Apple TV library. I have the Apple TV set to sync manually by season because I removed episodes from older seasons in the past but want to keep them backed up in my itunes library.
How can I fix this so I don't have to copy new episodes back to the apple TV?Michele,

From your post, I suspect you are thinking along the lines of something generating interference on my wireless network.... I've not added anything or changed my configuration in any way - but there's always the neighbours I suppose.
When I first moved to my current flat, it took some time to find a good spot for the Time Capsule and select the right channel, but when I was having problems, my internet access was badly affected and network transfer speeds were ropey - this isn't the case with this problem.
I'll monitor the situation for a while and see if anything changes. I'll post back if I find anything conclusive.

HT203167 Missing TV series downloads on Apple TV
I've bought downton abbey series 3 pass - it downloaded immediately and I watched the first episode. 1 week later I want to watch episode 2 but the whole series is missing. Have tried re-downloading but nothing comes. If I feign to buy it, it just tells me I've already purchased it and would i like to buy it again.

There is a TV series season that itunes identifies as PURCHASED but will not download as it says it has already been downloaded but I have no idea where the initial download is. Anyone know how to fix this?

You would need to pair the Apple Remote with the receiver. So I would use the generic Mac/PC receiver and follow these instructions:

If that doesn't work then check in System Profiler to see if the IR receiver has been recognized by the PowerBook's hardware. You may require the install of drivers for this device to be recognized.

You can't transfer to another Apple ID. You would have to sign in under your account on the computer and then download the content.

I have a Sonos system in my house and suddenly discovered that many songs I bought off of iTunes years ago are 'grayed out' when I try to play them from my iPhone or do not appear as options at all when I try to play them on Sonos from my overall music library. It's well over 100 songs I bought back before mid-2009 when Apple dropped this DRM thing. From what I think I am reading, if I want to play those songs on Sonos, the ONLY way to do so is pay Apple another $25/year for iTunes Match (which I don't have any interest in) and then re-download them all in iTunes Plus format??

I agree it was not all communicated real well, but in your case it will work out. You missed the program where you could have upgraded 100 tracks for 30 cents each (=$30) but now you can do it via Match (=$25). It works pretty simply, per this document:

Yes. If you subscribe to iTunes Match, you can download your previously purchased music again in the iTunes Plus format. To do so:
You need to delete the original DRM song from your library first. Doing this enables you to download the song again in the iTunes Plus format from iTunes in the Cloud.
Click the Purchased tab in the iTunes Store.
Click Music.
Locate the artist of the song you want to upgrade.
Click the iCloud Download icon next to the song you want to upgrade.
Just don't forget to put the Plus files on your hard drive -- properly backed up of course -- and to cancel the Match subscription before the second year rolls around! -

It means what the message says. The format of the song can't be converted to a format compatible with the iPod.
Does it play in iTunes?
Where id the song come form?
Try deleting and reimporting into iTunes. -
I'm a little bit confused here. I bought the latest Macbook Pro before university late September 2011, and unfortunately had a little accident involving a leaky bottle of juice.
I dried it out as much as I could, and took it to my nearest Apple store two days later, where, to my dismay the guys at the Genius bar said it was broken beyond a reasonably priced repair. I was faced with an estimated £800+ bill, or the option to buy a new one.
As I was going back to Uni for my last term, I needed a computer of some kind and hastily bought the new one. Instead of having it repaired, I stretched an extra £100 on the repair bill and bought the Macbook Air.
The guy who served me thought it was a good idea for me to buy a new one (obviously) and kept reminding me that even if I do get it repaired, the 'corrosion' could spread and it might need repairing again.
The problem throughout all of this is after spending ANOTHER £1000 only a few months after buying the first macbook, I am typing on the so called 'water damaged' macbook right now.
They told me it was completely busted, but apart from cosmetic water marks on the screen I am failing to see what's wrong with it.
Have I been ripped off? Can I sell the water damaged MBP?

AlexandraAs far as selling it, I don't know what you would get for it. I know in my opinion if I was going to buy it and it worked, if it didn't look really bad, I MIGHT buy it, but that would really mean taking a look at it and seeing what is in store and what kind of condition it is in at the moment. The thing with liquid, it does weird stuff when mixed with electronics. I once had a portable gaming system that I spilled some pop on. It didn't work right away because everything was still wet and liquid and electronics don't mix well. However, after letting it dry off, it worked great. Only problem I had with it at that point were the buttons started to stick. And when they stuck, they would cause me to screw up my games sometimes becuase when I would go to push the buttons, they wouldn't go down right away and would be delayed and with games, that is the problem. When you needed the button pressed now it wouldn't go right away. This is not necessarily a problem with the computer say if you were typing or anything, but the point being, it may not show serious signs right now, but that doesn't mean that later it isn't going to. However, as stated above, you might be able to get something for it as there are other parts worth value. Maybe not the full computer, but pieces to part out if someone else were to find one that needed parts because there were parts of theirs that went bad and needed replaced. I think if you were to fully disclose what happened and let them know that there could be something still going on with it that may cause a problem down the line, you might find someone who wants to try out a mac before making that purchase of $1000 to buy a new one. I would try to sell it, worst thing that happens is you don't sell it because nobody wants it, but if that is the case you are no different then you are now.

I bought an iPhone 5 from the Apple store with a new Sprint contract in Sept. 2012. I would like to know if I port my number to T-mobile and pay off my Early Termination fee with Sprint, will my iPhone 5 will be unlocked to use with T-mobile network?
As Ethmoid says, it is still a CDMA phone as I told you earlier, and it will not work with t-mobile. Even if Sprint unlocked the phone, it would only unlock the GSM side for international use. They will not unlock the GSM side for domestic use in the US.
