I bought a usb microphone (blue snowball). I can't hear any sound from it. The MIDI master volume is turned all the way down, and I can't turn it up because it's frozen/locked. Please help!!! Not very tech savvy, been at this for hours and desperate :(

I've been trying to fix this problem, seems like it would be simple, but apparently it is not. I just want to turn up the master volume control under my input tab in MIDI audio devices so I can use my blueball microphone.
This image above is what I'm currently dealing with. I put a red box around the volume control I want to use. That is the one I can't turn up because it is locked/frozen.
Please make steps as simple as possible!

I cannot help with Incredimail, but I do know how to transfer bookmarks.
One can use File > Import from the menu or export favourites from IE as .html and then import the file into Firefox from the "Show all bookmarks" window. To get the menu to show up, press Alt. Firefox should have offerecd to import several items from IE when you first set it up. Did it not do that?

If both computers were configured identically, then they would both lose the same amount of battery life with respect to the same starting configuration - comparing apple to apples. I don't know how much the added RAM, etc. would reduce battery life, but it would be less for both models.
Battery life is a tricky subject because most mfgr.s like to suggest as long a life as possible, but often do so under a set of conditions that are not common to most users. Apple is no different. Their computers do have good battery life, however. But not likely as long as what is in the ads for the typical user.

Did you already reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

Go step by step and test.
1. System Preference > Sound > Output > Internal Speakers
    Highlight Internal Speakers.
    Make sure that Mute is not enabled.
2.Plug in and remove the headphone.
    If you see red light in the headphone port, plug the headphone
    in and out of the port 5 or 6 times to flip the microswitch inside.
    Sound output may be stuck in the digital mode.
3. Reset PRAM. http://support.apple.com/kb/PH4405
4. Reset SMC.     http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
    Choose the method for:
    "Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
5. Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup
    Audio Devices window
    Side Bar
    Click the Built-in Output.
    Under Mute any of the boxes checked? If so, uncheck it.

Since the iOS7 update on my iPad 2, I am having trouble charging it if it runs all the way down, and now, my Safari won't work at all, and it locks up when I click on Safari in the Setting section. I have tried restoring, and Safari still does not work??

I cannot reset the Ipad either, Safari won't work, and it won't charge properly if the battery runs all the way down...

Thanks for that. Much more constructive than the last comment. It's only the restriction code I can't recall, not the access passcode. So I can currently access the device, just not age restricted content. Does that's make a difference? I also wondered if anyone knew how many attempts you get to try to get it right. Now tried 21 times and so far nothing bad has happened but I am concerned I'll eventually be completely locked out of the device. That doesn't seem in the spirit of things though. Surely it's foreseeable that a child could repeatedly try to guess the code so I can't see that it would be right to lock the device down completely in that circumstance, particularly if the access code is being typed in correctly every time.

Every time I want to "update" my apps on my phone it NEVER recognizes my password!!! What gives?!! I have changed it many times and it continues to get "invalid" password. It seems that the notebook was preinstalled with Windows 8 64bit system.
Do you still use the Win 8?
Some month ago, the new Win 8.1 has been released by MS.
I would recommend you to upgrade the Win 8 to Win 8.1 following exactly the step by step instruction by Toshiba

After the Win 8.1 upgrade you will need to update and install all the Toshiba Win 8.1 drivers.
I guess after that the function keys will work ok.

I had the same problem with my iPad.I sent it to a service provider who changed the speaker.Still the problem persited.This is what I did and the sound came back:
1)start playing music from the iPad.You will notice that there is NO SOUND.
2)keep the music playing WITHOUT the sound.
3)connect your earphones and you will hear the music on the earphones!
4)whilst the music is playing,swipe up and reveal the menu at botton of page.
scroll to far left of the bottom menu.
5)You will notice that the speaker button on the left has a line across it indicating that the main speaker is disabled.Tap the icon to remove the line across the speaker icon.
6)While the music is still playing ,remove the earphone jack and the music will continue to play on the iPad speakers.It looks like the iPad speaker is disabled whenever the earphone jack is inserted.It is supposed to re-connect when the earphone jack is removed but for some reason it remains disabled!
All the above assumes that you have done all the other issues of making sure that your volume buttons have not been muted on the external switch.

I just bought Titanium HD PCI-e and don't hear any sound from analog outputs

To get my soundcard working i have to switch manualy from Game Mode to Entertainment Mode or Audio Creation Mode, sometimes i have to do this more than 20 times.
I have tryed many drivers ( PAX too ) nothing solved my problems.
I'm working in a computer service, tested my card on two another configurations. In first computer there was no problem at all. In second card was not recognized as a device in pci-e x1 which was above graphic card, but i had to put it in pci-e x16 and to use on-board graphic.
Is there any sollution for my problem ? Maybe someone had similiar problem.
My comp spec: Asus P8Z68-V Pro, cpu I7, 12GB RAM, Asus GTX 580, ( on-board sound card turned off in bios )
Small update:
I can force my sound card to play, by updating drivers in device manager ( ofcourse without restart ), No matter what drivers i choose it will work...till i restart my computer.
After restart silent comes again ( changing modes make sometimes my card to work).
Sometimes while changing modes i hear some sound for half second, then silent again.
My system is reainstalled few times, fresh windows, chipset drivers only and creative drivers.
Its really annoying.
Took from work few other motherboards, gona check if it is problem with asus mb only.

I had thought that it may have been your GTX580. Everytime I update video drivers (have 5870 crossfire and another case with 560ti sli) all of these sound devices show up. Like seven of them. I have to disable them all in device manager each time. Then other ones show up under "recording devices" and I have to disable these. Tedious.
You could check if the front panel audio on the case has bad jacks by putting two cases side by side and installing the front audio panel connectors from the second case into the sound card and seeing if it works or not. If the front panel audio on the second case works like a charm then you could install either a 5.25 or 3.5 bay front panel audio device into one of your front bays. This may be the easiest solution if the problem is case front panel audio.
But with Creative products who knows what makes things tick?
Are you using an HD Audio (Azalia) or an AC'97 front panel connector? It may not like an AC'97 Front Panel Connector.

well if you havent converted the the movie in a file that the ipod understands it...there is no way that it could be on the ipod, unless you convert it, you can use a program called iSquint, i use it and it works, you could go to www.isquint.com and download it there, and there is also handbrake on that website that you could download and rip a dvd so you could put it on your ipod, so i hope this helps,

Sorry, no idea at this point with so few details to go on. It will probably help if you'll post what version of Mac OS X you're running and who your email provider is. Someone then may have some ideas.
